We had mazing time in Italy as always

Very nice and calm neighbourhood, apartment is in great location

The Apartment is convenient for a larger group with the three bedrooms but lacks the comfort of a living room.

We booked the day of arrival and they were very efficient and kind to get the apartment ready very quickly for us.

Self checkin is a nice feature. The apartment was lovely. We had been traveling for some time and were able to wash our clothes here.

Great value for money, nice and clean place, I would recommend it.

Very nice place, location is great, about 30-min walking distance to the center of the city. Also, parking around the property (for those with rental cars) is relatively easy.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Family 3. Liked being in a neighborhood.

The property was lovely. The Art Deco features, the stone floors and the contemporary refurb make for a clean and comfortable stay. Nice and roomy.

Stay was nice and overall experience was good

Location is good . Rooms are big enough with a/c Kitchen is equipped , washing machine also available for use . Early checkin provided on request to drop off luggage

3 single beds and 1 double bed. Single beds are not comfortable to sleep Air condition is only in one sleeping room Bathroom doors a bit noisy All electrical appliances cannot work on same time (air conditioner, washing machine, hot water )as the main switch is then triggered down due to too much overload . Hence need to go down and put main switch on again from electric meter or call the owner . Probably because of old building and gas connection .

Lovely place. I recommend it!

The flat was spacious and modern. We were impressed. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was noticeable how much effort and respect came from the host.

One of the beds wasn't very comfortable.

We enjoyed the size of the apartment.

The apartment is right next to a road so if you have your windows open (no screens so lots of bugs inside) it is quite noisy. Also there were no kitchen linens and I didn’t hear from the property manager for over a day where they were and we ran out of toilet paper after 1 day and had to buy our own.

Fantastic apartment with all needed amneties and huge space. Very quiet neighborhood.

Location a bit far from the center but it's a trade off between location and price. Worth it for that quality

We appreciated the quality of beds and the availability of air conditioning. Also, the appartments were well-suited for sorting trash.

The bathrooms could use some love. A toilet brush placed in between the wall and heating block is not ideal.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

It is very stylish and clean. Comforatble big beds. Has all the necessary amenities. The owners are friendly and helpful. It is located in a nice quiet location.

We liked everything. It’s not directly in the center, which is great if you like walking.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is very nice. It has two separate bedrooms and one living room. It was clean and close to the train station. The host was nice, he gave us some information about the restaurants and the places we can visit. We had everything we needed in the kitchen.

The bar wasn't great. We didn't like the shower, no water pressure and the tub was always clogged.

Very close to the city center, very nice and comfortable the apartament and the owner comes immediately when I arrived.
