Dotty's Sunshine Cottage is a terraced cottage situated on The Bay Holiday Park near to the village of Filey in North Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom and an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is off road parking and a garden with patio and furniture. Situated in a pleasant setting and close to local amenities, Dotty's Sunshine Cottage is a delightful retreat in a wonderful part of England. Please note: certain types of dogs are not allowed at this property due to the terms and conditions of The Bay Holiday Resort. These include: XL Bully, Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa, and any other dogs listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act or which are legally required to be muzzled.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking. Garden with patio, furniture and brick-built BBQ. Communal lawned grounds with lakes, picnic areas and BBQs. Communal leisure facilities including free use of large indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Charge for beauty treatments, tennis, putting green, snorkelling, sea scooters, fishing, bike hire etc. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, gym and steam room is included in the rental price. Note: Additional Beauty treatments are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Open lakes in grounds, children should be supervised at all times. Free WiFi connection. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where for family fun you can visit the Alpamare Waterpark.
