This was an excellent home- everything you could possibly need and an excellent host and location. Perfect for a five adult family. Would absolutely stay again.

We spent 5 nights at this home and had a lovely time. Home has everything you need to a good time in the outer Cape— beach chairs, boogie boards, grill, outdoor shower, 2 decks with plenty of seating. We had 8 people here and the 4 bedrooms/2 baths gave us plenty of space. Walking distance to bayside beach, short drive to Nauset. Julie was very easy to reach with questions. Also, the best stocked kitchen of any house rental I’ve ever stayed in— spices, food storage bags, etc. Will definitely stay again!

We are active seniors and access to bike trail and beautiful roads for biking were amazing. We did not put our bikes on rack once and we biked everyday. The house was well stocked, the best spice selection ever. My husband being a big cook wanted more kitchen but most people would be satisfied. The decks were will positioned. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and genuinely lovely people.the price was very reasonable for what you get. We tend to be bay people so we still headed to truro for hanging at Bay. But walked dog to local bay at high tide it was lovely. But ocean beaches close and beautiful ponds. We are already booking for 2025. Thank to our hosts for everything.

Lovely home. Great location. Home was clean and well stocked. We are 3 senior ladies who enjoy close to home travel, in spacious, easy to relax vacation sites. This home was perfect for that and more. We enjoyed touring the island and returning home to pleasant evenings on the deck. The neighborhood is quiet, the yard is spacious, the home was a delight. Thank you. We hope to return.

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze. The location was perfect -- we enjoyed the short drive to the beach, bike paths, and numerous restaurants. We loved the outdoor shower (perfect for showering the kids off after a day at the beach). The owner, Julie, was very communicative from the time we booked our stay to providing all the information we needed during check-in. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Sea Breeze and would definitely stay there again.

Awesome property, plenty of space. 2 decks to relax on. Only issue was the wifi, but that just forced my kids to go outside, bonus.

We had a very nice time visiting the Seabreeze. It had everything we needed. There was plenty to do despite a couple of rainy days. The owner Julie is kind and responsive. The home would be ideal for couples or a family.

Clean, quiet and close to everything!
From beginning to end, our stay was perfect. Julie stayed in good communication, was available for questions, and even provided a generous gift bag when we arrived. The house was CLEAN and well stocked. The kids were so excited that there was a game room and some fun things to do while we were at the house. The house is on a quiet street, but connects to route 6, where a bite to eat or any essentials you may need, are only a few minutes away. We enjoyed Hole in one donuts (on our street!) and Good Eats on 6, which has a variety of allergen free options! We so appreciated being able to bring our dogs! We will certainly return to any of Julie’s properties in our next stay. Thank you!!!

Summer breeze fall weekend
Julie was responsive to communication and was sweet to extend our stay, as well as leave us with a welcome bag. The space worked great for 4 adults and 4kids w/our furry family member as well. We would definitely return!

Cozy, Convenient location
The Sea Breeze property was centrally located and made it simple to reach beaches, landmarks and nearby tourist attractions. Not overwhelming large, it was easy to maintain throughout the week yet still well stocked and equipped enough to comfortably accommodate a family of five with two pets. Owners were very pleasant to communicate with and made themselves readily available for questions. Would definitely recommend for a Cape Cod vacation.

Third time
This was our third time staying here. Starting to feel like a second home at this point. We really enjoy the peace and quiet, and the nice walks to the beach. The full kitchen. Eating out back on the patio. So many memories. Always a joy to come back.

A true home away from home
This a terrific place, you will have everything you need for a great vacation. All the comforts of home in a wonderful environment. A jaunty walk or quick bike ride to a beautiful bay beach, a short drive to the wide open ocean. Less than a mile on a back road to the DRIVE IN! serious summer fun, also near a great bird sanctuary with wonderful nature paths. If you like playing board games or doing jigsaw puzzles there are two fantastic tables that fill the bill. Unlike some houses we've rented this one has plenty of common space. Two terrific decks, a great yard, a sweet neighborhood, so close to route 6 but you would never know it. In the summer just remember to pick a road with a light to get out unless you are turning right. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Wonderful location, home and hosts!
This is a great house with very responsive hosts. For us it’s a perfect location, close to Arnold’s, Hole in One Bakery, and the Welcome Center for Cape Cod National Seashore in Eastham. We have spent three previous vacations in this home, and have already booked again for this June. Julie is a excellent host who provides many brochures, and lots of information regarding things to do and places to visit in the area. I would highly recommend this house to families visiting Eastham , it’s great!

Sea Breeze-Like being at home
Sea Breeze-Like being at home
We have been coming to the Cape every fall since 2008 and we have stayed at numerous places until the spring 2017 when we learned about Julie Nielsen’s rental properties and in May 2017 we stayed at her Meadow Breeze house. We found the house to be quaint, cozy, convenient, comfortable and well stocked. We just felt at home there. After returning home we decided to return to the Cape in the fall and this time we stayed in her Sea Breeze house which was not too far away from the Orchard Breeze. It was a little bigger and it had a separate family room on the first floor along with one of three High Definition TV’s which we really liked.
This year we returned to the Cape and stayed again at the Sea Breeze house and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a bag of Cape Cod potato chips and coupons for frozen hot chocolates from the nearby Chocolate Café and boy were they yummy. What a welcome. We also found new lighting in the kitchen and master bedroom making our stay even more enjoyable.
We hope to return to the Cape next fall and we will be staying again in one of Julie’s houses where we know what to expect-a clean comfortable home away from home.

Cute , cozy and clean !
My husband and I just returned from our 10 day stay at the Sea Breeze and I can tell you we didn't want to come home ! From the time we walked through the front door and found a gift bag waiting ( thanks for the wine Juilie ! ) the cottage felt like home . After spending the day exploring Cape Cod ( the cottage was in a perfect location for getting to all the little towns ) it was always a pleasure to return back to our cozy cottage . When we were not enjoying a meal at one of the great restaurants in the area, preparing a meal in the clean kitchen was a pleasure . You have everything you need right at your fingertips . The beds were comfortable and sleep was easy as it was a quite area . Added bonus .. we were able to bring our two small dachshunds !! If you are thinking of renting this adorable cottage , do it ! You won't be disappointed !

Our wonderful vacation at Summer Breeze
We had another wonderful summer in our Summer Breeze home. It was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we could possibly need. Julie and Dave are wonderful, always ready to respond to any of our needs or requests. We love the location and plan to return next year.

Quaint, Cozy, Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
Those words best describe how we felt about our recent stay at the Sea Breeze. This was the second home that we rented this year from the Nielsen’s and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. The kitchen is well stocked and having a second family room on the first floor with a large flat screen TV was a big plus. It is very close to our favorite restaurant in the area, The Fairway and minutes from the Stop & Shop in Orleans so grocery shopping is very close. Eastham is the perfect place to stay as getting around to all of the places on the Cape is very easy and the Sea Breeze is the perfect place to stay. If we return to the Cape in 2018 we will either stay at the Sea Breeze or at another Nielsen home.

Great cozy house
My husband and I and another couple were just in the area for a long weekend to attend a birthday party. The house was great for us since one couple had the downstairs bedroom and bath and the other had the upstairs. The house was very clean & comfortable. The location was convenient for us - only 2 miles to where the party was held. Saturday was very rainy and it was nice coming back to the house in the afternoon to hang out and relax after exploring the National Seashore, lighthouses and P-Town. The night we arrived, we had a wonderful dinner at Karoo - a South African restaurant - located very close on Rt 6 & Main St.

Great summer at Sea Breeze.
We thoroughly enjoyed our summer home. The house was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Julie and Dave are great 'hosts' -- they were available, accommodating, and efficient in responding to all our requests. We look forward to returning next summer.

Like coming home again
This was our second time staying here. We enjoyed it so much last year that we reserved it again! It was like coming home. There was just four of us, but there is ample room for more people. It's convenient to all of our favorite places on the Cape: Just a few minutes to the National Seashore, an easy walk to bayside beaches, 30 minutes to Provincetown. The location is nice and quiet. No traffic noise. The new deck off the front door is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun.

Fantastic! Great location and amenities
We loved this spot. We enjoyed the most amazing sunset we have ever seen less than a mile away at a bay beach. Day trips to Provincetown or Chatham is easy when your not enjoying the national sea shore a few miles from this well kept comfortable home. Will rent again!

Lovely Cottage in a nice residential area.
I was delighted with the cottage and its location in a quiet residential neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property as it is well-maintained and very clean. Best of all, the cottage is pet friendly. It was a short drive to Great Pond where I took my Amber swimming every day. I can't say enough positive things about the property and the owners who were very accommodating.

An enjoyable visit!
So enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze. Hadn't visited Cape Cod for many years and so happy we came back in the fall. The house was very accommodating for cooking supplies, spices, etc. which we appreciated. Plenty of room in the house and lovely grounds-would definitely visit again. Dog friendly was much appreciated!

Another Wonderful Stay
This is our third time staying at a Summer Breeze property. Needless to say, we are very happy with the accommodations. This was our first time at Sea Breeze. As always, we were very happy with the property. It was very clean and very comfortable, a "kick off your shoes and relax" kind of place. The kitchen is well stocked with any thing you might need to prepare meals for your family. The yard is lovely and private, and the deck and outdoor shower were a nice treat after a day at the beach. The house is very close to Sunken Meadow Beach, which we visited several times during our stay.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others, and we will definitely be back next time we visit Cape Cod.

Another Summer Breeze success!
This was our third stay in a Summer Breeze home. Sea Breeze was perfect for us - well stocked kitchen, great appliances, AC for the super hot days, quiet neighborhood near the bay beaches, ridable and runnable to the Rail Trail. Excellent water pressure, comfy beds, nice layout to the house with privacy for all. Grill works great and deck is a peaceful hangout. Close to Mac's Seafood Market, Wellfleet DriveIn, and many excellent restaurants. Midway between the commercial shops of Orleans and the fun of P-town. Didn't even get a chance to play air hockey or ping pong in the basement (weather was too nice!) - so we will just need to go back!

Nice clean house in a great location!
This house was very comfortable for our family to all relax and enjoy our vacation. The owners are doing a great job renovating the property! They provide everything you need and more to make sure your stay is comfortable and fun! Great location to both Bay and Ocean beaches and bike path. We had a wonderful vacation at Summer Breeze!
