Confortável, bem localizado mas precisa melhorar o café da manhã.

O ponto que merece destaque é a atenção dispensada pelos colaboradores. A piscina é excelente e pude perceber que é bem utilizada por quem tem crianças.

O fato de ter apartamentos com gestão pelo condomínio, outros pelo hotel e outros que são de particulares confunde bastante a cabeça dos hóspedes. O café da manhã servido no quarto, que, a princípio, nos pareceu interessante, impossibilita uma diversificação no cardápio e acaba reduzindo a qualidade da alimentação.

Quarto amplo e limpeza muito boa. As pessoas que nos atenderam são bastante educadas, solícitas e de pronto atendimento. Praia enfrente tranquila, piscina maravilhosa. Ótima localização e muito seguro.

Quando fechamos não estava claro que não se tratava de um hotel 100%. Se quiséssemos qualquer atendimento 24h não tinha, porque estávamos num apto com a limpeza, café da manhã incluso, roupas de cama e banho. Café da manhã fraco e com poucas opções.

Aceitável, mas não voltaria. Não vale o preço.

Piscina e cozinha (apesar de não ter utilizado). O contato que nos recebeu foi solicito e atendeu aos pedidos como de um varal.

Só tem ar condicionado no quarto, não dando vazao ao apartamento. Sendo que a tv fica na sala e vc tem q assistir no calor. Apartamento com muitoooo mosquito, absurdamente. Box do banheiro estava vazando agua.

quarto perfeito, a vista, proximidade do centro, ambiente limpo, acesso direto privado ao mar, café da manhã com a possiblidade de ser servido na área da piscina, o staff muito prestativo.

Definetly the worst hotel excperience i have had in my whole life

The rooms are not so bad as the rest of the place, but still very very far from the standard you can expect of a 4 star hotel.

Manaca is located inside the 1-star hotel Kairi beach and has basically the same facilities. It’s a big mystery to me how this place could obtain a rating like this. The pictures deceive you properly. The whole place is very badly taken care of and need serious rehabilitation. The whole pool area looks dirty and there are only a couple sunbeds available. The place has no check in area because this is for the 1 start hotel. Their guy contacted me an hour before check-in to tell me that my room was ready. When I arrived, I had to wait 45 minutes for him to check in other people. When we arrived in the room there was no electricity, so I was asked to change room. In the new room the air condition didn’t work, so I was asked to move once again. As I am very tall and need a king size bed, I needed to be downgraded from a 45 m2 suite to a 20m2 room. This was not ready, so I had to leave my bags and come back 2 hours later to claim my room. For this I was offered a refund that amounted to approximately the difference in price between the rooms. However, my worst experience with this place came later that afternoon. I picked out an aqua con gas bottle from the minibar. I drank of it, and it was the worst feeling I have had in my mouth ever. The taste was something of chlorine and salt. I vomited 4-5 times and did anything I could to remove the awful taste. I called their host and asked him to come up. He told me that this was probably one of the maids that had forgot it in the fridge. I asked him to find out what exactly was in the bottle as I was very afraid that I had been intoxicated somehow. He promised to check, but he never came back to me. I asked for a full refund but was rejected. He then deleted all messages between us. Later I got an email from booking.com who asked if I had been there because the place had reported a noshow. I have not yet received any confirmation of the partial refund I was offered the first day.

Ok. Rooms and interior could be in better shape.

Excellent beach location, nice pool big enough to swim lanes. Apartment was spacious. Very responsive management.

Most important, it is not an hotel, more like an Airbnb. There is no reception. Checking has to be arranged prrsonally. Although we were told to be upgraded, everything was a bit run down. We were moved to another room, because the toilet in the first did not work. Internet is available only in the room, not for the whole estate area (each room seems to have its own router and password). No beach/pool towels available.

great place for a getaway for kitesurfing!

the hotel is right in front of the beach, perfect for kitesurfing and decently cheap. Also the room had an Electronic entrance really good if you go for a kitesession

Great stay, would come again

Great room, amazing shower and bed, very nice staff and very helpfull. The location is amazing and common areas are very good. The beach is in front of the hotel and the pool is very big. It wasn't crowded at all. Its only a small walk to the city center for a dinner or a drink. Breakfast is simple, but the quality is good. Also they offerend to make fresh omelette and tapioca.

Breakfast had one flavoured cake, which is not much for Brazil. For the rest nothing sweet. I would suggest to change the passwords to the rooms, since the code is too obvious.

Very good

A friend passed spontaniously by and within short time a room for him was organized. They were super flexible.

The breakfast was ok, there were fresh fruits but I wished there was 1 or 2 brazilian specialities more.
