Location is good about 15 min drive from Saint Tropez and check in went smoothly. Far away from the main road in the middle of the country side gives you a lot of peace and quietness for a good rest. Pleasant
main pool area that is cleaned daily with reasonable opening hours - 09:00 till 19:00. Convenient way to exit the caravan park/camp via automated gate; entrance (by car) is gained with a code given after the check in has has been completed. However the entire holiday camp looks much more modern and up-do-date on the pictures that it does in reality. It might be due to fact that we cameat the end of May and entire caravan park wasn't fully ready for the high season.
Our cabin in Jurassic quarter looked far from one on a picture - it had some years in it and wasn't properly cleaned before our arrival. In general it was a bit tatty/scruffy with visible cobwebs on the lights in the kitchen/living space and a lot of an unswept dust under each and every bed (that we had to sweep ourselves of course). We had a feeling that we were assigned one of the earliest cabin that was placed on the site and that has been there for many years. We travel a lot across of France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Balkans and the rest of Europe; we stay in numerous hotels, apartments, holiday rentals or campsites but we have never had a situation that literally no toilet paper, even a little bit, was placed in the toilet to serve for an initial visit! We have had to head immediately to the shop to get some. This was really poor.
Please not that website T&C's state: "... a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself." This means not only removing rubbish, general sweep of the accommodation, washing of pans and pots, etc. What author had in mind is a full, deep, top to bottom clean and sanitization of a cabin, including bathroom mirror polishing (not one smudge can bee seen), cleaning of shower doors, cleaning of the interior of the fridge, etc. In order to do that one need to buy him/herself a bleach, bathroom and kitchen cleaners, degreaser, cloths, etc. So either one arrives fully equipped for cleaning, or expect your deposit to be forfeited. Campsite "cleaning team" job is clearly not to do any cleaning. A note to the reception: please amend T&Cs that deep clean is required, not just a cleaninng of the accommodation.

The cabins were clean , and in amongst trees , which would be essential in high summer . We had aircon in the main room . We also had a hot tub which appeared very clean , so we enjoyed that facility.
Only 10mins drive to the nearest beach .
Big swimming pool . Extra inflatable slides for children .
Fairly quiet at this time of year .
The site is on a hill and so it was quite difficult for me to walk to the shop and the Pool etc , because I am slightly disabled.
The shop was very small and didn’t sell very much .
We didn’t try the tiny Restaurant, because we couldn’t comfortably walk to it , and we didn’t see a menu anywhere.
We would have liked sheets and pillowcases included in the price because we couldn’t bring them on a plane .
Very narrow road to the Property.

Friendly staff at the restaurant, swimming pool not too busy. Highlight was seeing a wild boar who ventured out of the woods and spent a couple of minutes strolling around the outside of our accommodation.
We were given an inventory on arrival which you are required to complete and return to reception, this is then supposedly used on check out, after handing this in we noticed that the string on the kitchen blind was broken, when we reported this they already knew. Deposit is a whopping 250e which we received back after 4 days post check out - the entire contents of the van would not amount to 250e, the fridge was so poor you couldn't give it away on free cycle! Uncomfortable beds covered pvc mattress, basic accommodation, no toilet roll even, poor selection of highly processed food at the restaurant. We stayed one night after booking and paying for 6.

Very friendly staff. Mobile home was great, good sized kitchen and seating area. Shower was warm and strong
Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Lots of bugs around and cobwebs, but nothing you wouldn't expect from being out in the countryside

When we did get in touch with reception they were really helpful to scan a document we needed.
Location... perfect for walking, seemed pretty good for cycling too but we explored on foot!
Handy to be able to get a nice baguette on site every day.
Site bar was decent and people very Friendly.
There is a wine train from Gassin (30 min walk) visiting two vineyards. All in French so hard to follow if you don't speak French very well (like us) but a superb morning out.
Visiting in Sept things were pretty quiet so need to double check opening times of bars/restaurants (we got caught out) but there are some real lovely places to go near by.... Too many to fit in the one trip.
Although a bit disappointed with how clean the cabin was, price was good so guess it balanced out.... we had a great trip and would come back...
The cabin was reasonably clean but clearly ceilings, window frames, cupboards, under the beds and in the corners are somewhat neglected. I spent most of our first day cleaning which was disappointing. We also had an inventory with prices against all items as if in warning, a number of items were missing or broken. Reception was difficult to get hold of so in the end we left this checklist under a rock outside and didn't hear any more until we were reminded to clean the cabin on the last day. Seriously, as well as the above I had wiped the cushions on the seats when we arrived and they came up shades lighter, slightly upset by the request to clean. WiFi is very intermittent despite paying quite a bit for it. Although booking.com says you can check in til 8 Reception closes at 7 but was no issue paperwork and codes were left stuck to the door. (Would have saved a lot of stress if we had known this in advance, we nearly checked into a hotel as got stuck in traffic and thought we wouldn't get there by 8, we arrived at 1950 in the end)

Nice bungalow in a quiet place close to Gassin, at 10 minutes from different beaches. A good base to visit the region.
Part of the staff is very kind, as the guy leading the animation. The girl caring for our checkout was not equally professional. We agreed to checkout at 10:00 and she did not appeared. After 15 minutes we had to go to the reception to call her, and she was at the bungalow even later. Apparently, she had forgot our case. When I observed that she was late and delaying our departure, she simply indicated she was busy (though, there was nobody else waiting at the reception).
I would also expect free wifi connection in a 4 star camping (you get it anywhere nowadays)

Barbecue gaz was possible and for rent.
Nice staff who did not ask to pay for a broken 🍷
Small 📺 that did not capture well.
A bit cold inside even in May (I did not consider to turn on the heat)

It was quiet during our stay early October. Not much to do or to experience on the camp site for the our kids. For food and entertainment you had to visit the villages near the camping. Nevertheless it was for the price a great time. The lodge is simple but efficient. The staff was helpful.
They gave us the opportunity to book a day extra, which wasn’t possible on the Booking website.
One thing I didn’t knew was that there is a fee of €200,- that you need to pay as deposit. Just in case something broke in the lodge. The refund is kind a slow as 48hrs later since we left the camping it is still pending unfortunately. But still good hope that deposit will be refunded soon.
