La ubicación

Que la habitación no tenía puerta, era bastante ruidoso , no tenía aire acondicionado, le faltaba la televisión en la habitación ( se rompió y la sacaron) la caja de seguridad no funcionaba, el grupo de utensilios de cocina era bastante flojo

Hospedagem no meio do agito

A cama e os travesseiros são bons, assim como os equipamentos da cozinha

A rua é movimentada e o prédio não tem recuo, então não espere silêncio pra dormir. Uma noite ainda houve uma reunião de jovens que acabou 2h da manhã, pra piorar. Uma supresa negativa foi que o quarto não tem porta que o separe da sala. Ou seja, a privacidade é pouca, apesar de existirem dois ambientes. Achei caro para o (pouco) conforto que oferece

Foi uma boa escolha, só faltou mesmo o ar condicionado para ficar perfeito.

A localização é muito boa, próximo do centro, tem restaurantes próximos e as caminhadas são confortáveis. O apartamento é confortável e bem equipado.

O proprietário precisa instalar ar condicionado no apartamento para o verão, com as janelas abertas à noite e o barulho da rua foi difícil dormir. Passamos calor.

Esperaba una mejor atención. Pague mucho por una habitación que no era la que deseaba.

Las camas eran cómodas

1- no pude ubicar el hotel. Falta un cartel y altura de calle en grande. 2- Intenté comunicarme muchas veces con alguien del hotel a varios de los números brindados para consultar sobre las habitaciones y por la cual estaba reservando y NUNCA me respondieron. En una oportunidad me respondieron y al preguntar por la habitación y pileta dejaron de responder. 3- la habitación no era la que había solicitado. Reserve con varias semanas de anticipación ya que quería una habitación con vista al lago y sin embargo me dieron una habitación hacía el centro. 4- la forma de entrega de llaves nos pareció muy rara ya que no había nadie a quien consultar ciertas cosas sobre horarios, cocheras y demás. 5- tomamos cochera la cual tampoco tiene cartel ni altura fuera para su ubicación. Perdimos mucho tiempo buscando la misma.

Comodidad y cercanía

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro cívico y de las líneas de colectivos. Muy cómodo el dpto. Muy completo, con todo lo necesario como para sentirse como en casa. Las camas muy cómodas. Todo lo de la cocina funcionaba a la perfección, microondas, pava de agua, heladera, etc. Un plus aparte es la pileta climatizada, volver del frío y disfrutar de la piscina es genial. Muy fácil el chek in y chek out, muy amable los dueños y personas que se encargaron de gestionar nuestra entrada, salida, pagos, etc.

El único inconveniente fue el primer día que hubo un problema con el agua fría. Pero se solucionó rapidísimo.

Overpriced, stay away

Vloerverwarming stond constant aan, waardoor het veel te warm werd, slechte customer service, totaal geen persoonlijkere benadering van customer service en geen bereidheid om mee te denken of problemen op te lossen, veel geluid van buiten door omliggende nachtclubs en geen isolatie in appartement, appartement , Schoonmaakservice afwezig, waardoor je te lang met dezelfde handdoeken moet doen, appartement veel kleiner dan op de foto's, Geen flexibiliteit in betaalmethodes. Veel te duur, Waardeloze prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Facilidade pra retirar as chaves

Dificuldade para se comunicar com o proprietário no começo Algumas partes do apartamento não estavam em bom estado. Teve uma porta do guarda roupas que quase caiu em cima da minha filha de 3 anos por não está bem fixada. A cortina persiana aconteceu a mesma coisa. Paguei a parte para ter estacionamento para o meu carro e em 2 vezes que cheguei alguém estava utilizando a vaga.

Great Lake view

Biggest con of this place is that they do not take credit cards. My hotel contact, Candela, insisted that only PayPal, cash or traveller's check, so we ended up going to Western Union next door. We stayed in five other places in Bariloche and this was the only place that did not take cards. Also, as other reviewers mentioned, there's no one on the front desk, so we waited 40 mins for check in. To pay in cash at the check out, we waited another 30 minutes. As for the facility, the bathroom overfloods if you use shower and sink at the same time. Also, not sure if this was the reason, but when we first entered the room, there was a pretty strong funk. But the windows are cross breeze so that smell was gone after the first day. Furthermore, while the view was great, there's construction going on, so if you stand near the window, you WILL make constant eye contacts with the workers. That's not really the hotels fault so did not include that in the rating but the lack of credit card machine, waiting for staff over a total of an hour, and overflowing bathroom make this place an unideal place for us.

Missing doors between the rooms. Shower with low water. No lock at the bathroom Should have more hooks to hang coats at the entrance of apartments.

Cozy place to stay in Bariloche

The attention we received from the host was very nice, he was very quick about solving issues. The bed was really comfortable and the location was great

Wifi was really bad, and the swimming pool was so hot we couldn't get in. The view of the second floor is not very good, you can only partly see the lake, but any floor above that is better.
