Albany Middleton Apartment is a very comfortable spacious homely apartment that is centrally located between the town center and the renowned Middleton Beach, which now has a protected netted swimming area and it is within walking distance to both or a short drive, where you can enjoy a variety ,restaurants, light meals, coffee & cake or a glass of wine on the beach front.

This apartment is on the ground floor ,is self contained with one separate Bedroom with only one queen bed which is suitable for couples and looks out onto its own lovely private garden and outdoor barbecue area, with off road parking at your front door.

There is a very large living /dining area with , and a well equipped bathroom off the main living area.
A new smart 49 inch digital TV DVD player & sound system & free WIFI and net flix is available
There is a self contained galley kitchen with large fridge microwave single stove burner, electric frypan, kettle, toaster & rice cooker, portable pyrolytic oven and many other kitchen utensils along with a hooded Ziggy barbecue
All linen is supplied along with a continental breakfast,; cereal, milk bread, , .tea, coffee, and various other condiments
The now famous fresh fish & chip take away or dine in, is a stone's thro away from your front door
There are great board walks and cycle ways up and around Mt Clarence and the harbor and to Emu Point, also great vantage points for whale watching and of course very close to the famous Anzac Centre on Mt Clarence
Shopping centers are close by for your convenience as there are many great restaurants to choose from and a pleasant drive to local wineries
Albany Golf Club and Middleton Beach bowling club are only a short distance away.
The Apartment is well equipped, has a reverse cycle air conditioner, extra heater in the bedroom, electric blanket , hair dryer, iron & ironing board supplied

Ideal setup and location for us as a retired couple. Jo was an excellent communicator. The kitchen well set up for light cooking and Jo has supplied lot of variety for your breakfasts. Her Baby Shams were an added touch. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place so close to the centre of town. It was, however, the extra mile the owners went to that made the difference - milk and bread, a packet of chocolate biscuits, etc. it was a great welcome after the journey from Perth. And the bed… OMG, so comfortable and the quilt so warm. Decor was lovely and there was plenty of space for the two of us. We felt very spoiled. We initially were looking to stay in Denmark but the price for similar accommodation was almost double. We would definitely return.

We stayed here 3 nights and this was our favorite place we stayed at in WA during the last two weeks. Jo went out of her way to make the place more like a home for us. The location was good but a car is essential.

A fabulous, warm and cosy apartment to in stay while we enjoyed the delights of Albany. The little apartment was beautifully presented, with lots of little touches including a lovely continental breakfast. The sun bathed front garden area was a great place to have breakfast while we contemplated the day's activities. Jo's accommodation is excellent - the apartment as such is spotlessly clean with lots of goodies for your enjoyment. There is absolutely nothing you will need with all the comforts of home. The queen size bed is very comfortable and easy to drift off to sleep in. It is very spacious with a beautiful garden to admire and your car behind closed gates makes it very secure. Can highly recommend staying here with restaurants and tourist attractions close by and a very popular fish and chip shop a few minutes walk away. You will not be disappointed - simply the best!!

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend in Albany. It was perfect for a romantic getaway, very beautiful and well equipped with kitchen supplies and linen, which was very appreciated, and meant we could cook full meals so to not eat out all the time. The garden is beautiful too, and the location was very convenient, as was the fact we didn’t have to worry about finding a park on the street. Will definitely come back here for our next Albany long weekend, and will be recommending it to family and friends! The host Jo was also lovely and very helpful.

The property was well located with easy walks into town and to Middletown Beach. Jo the host was attentive (some nice touches awaited us) and unobtrusive. The property provided a great place to come home to after an exciting day in the Great South. Private and peaceful enhanced by a wonderful garden. Thoroughly recommend this property for an adult stay. Will visit again in the future.

Everything was perfect. It has everything you could ever need. Rooms are spacious; water is hot and strong; breakfast supplies had a good variety; access was easy; no steps to negotiate so perfect for husband on crutches. I could go on and on as it was all positive - especially the chocolate and biscuits which were a lovely surprise.

This little hidden Gem is the perfect spot to fully relax and unwind. Everything is so close. Beach 12 min walk city center 5 min drive, walking trails 5 min drive. The room is spacious and very comfortable and as a little treat you will find a bar of chocolate in the fridge. I would highly recommend this beautiful guest house to all my friends.

This property was in a great location, close to town and Middleton Beach. The accommodation had absolutely everything you would need for a stay away from home, although I did miss not having a proper cooktop, it was wonderfully clean, very private and would definitely stay again.

Such a great place to stay! From the beautiful garden as you enter to the welcoming biscuits (cookies) to the plethora of soft towels, this is a real gem of an apartment. It was very clean and the beds, chairs and sofa were all comfortable. The location is very quiet and you have off-street parking right in front of the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and the water was hot and plentiful. Jo was very welcoming both online and in person and the apartment has a binder and brochures to help you plan activities. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
