Accommodation was satisfactory but needs improvement

Improved facilities, the pools and other activities are gone! Bring them back. Maintenance is required on the chalets.

The pool was in a terrible state!! the property seems to be on the downfall.

The walking distance from beach and amazing restaurant the wreck

no wifi available as promised on site. Place not very well maintained. swimming pool not clean. But staff really friendly

Everything was the way they were on the pictures, it is a nice place to take your family for vacation and I won't hesitate to encourage people to go to this resort.What I liked most is that it is right on the beach,the rooms were clean and we have enjoyed ourselves.

Excellent stay.

Well no breakfast, but we were co close to the see that the sound of the waves was beautiful. The room was nice and cozy and just the right size for me and my wife. This is my third stay there and I still enjoyed myself .

The only negative for me is having to carry all my stuff to the room. They need to make maybe closer parking to the room.

Rooms were clean

We were eaten by the ants tha were all over the house. And when i reported the incident they said we must wait in that room. How can u wait while u being bitten by ants

Deffinetly worth the money

We had a cabin with seaview, which was very nice. The room is a bit run down and not very modern but clean and alright. The terasse with seaview was amazing. Overall the stay was good when you consider the price. Staff was very friendly, especially the security guard at the gate.

Some small things need to be repaired or redone.

Need Bathrooms extremely poor and not maintained ,mounded celings,rust marks on tiles in shower Cupboard doors all broken and chunks of boards coming g off the doors Repairs to items in the unit due to not checking prior to guest arriving was and is a problem . Pool dirty on arrival and was cleaned or swimable after 3 days not cleaned as your pictures on Booking .com site Resort tennis courts needs painting and upgrading The units tables were wobbly and need upgrading . The . In all fairness I should be charge half the rate as the resort never chked a thing in the unit before handing over the key to the me,they can't go on charging guest full rates on items that are advertised perfectly by booking .com and note I only booked it via booking .com thinking that your have good standards that are listed. And o yes Dri king water was and issue and we had to buy water as the resort has no back up for guests dur to municipal problems. I do wish to state that the workers and maintenance crew did their best to assist me after I had a huge argument with the reception about their maintenence and been on holiday its not right to keep on calling people to fix a different thing everyday as you collected money for it way in advance of chking in . I was then offered another unit but there to bathrooms were the same and the unit was no better then what I had . I be happy to pay half the rate as Booking .com needs to investigate these things before your guys advertise. I have pictures of the bathroom and cupboards if needs be .

Nice quiet place .near the beach

My pillows were not clean. The taps in the kitchen was terrible to wash dishes. The shower was against the wall making it difficult to shower. The other shower was too short . Hand shower.
