Great host who was really helpful with recommendations for restaurants. They gave us liquor and homemade jam for welcome. The apartment was really big, comfortable and cozy. Great value for money.

The house was spacious and very comfortable
It was overloaded with things that the previous owners have left behind making it difficult to keep clean. The toilet seat was broken. Apart from that everything else was just fine.

A great big apartment with three bedrooms (one regular and two small ones) and a large living room.
We were a group of three friends but this is also ideal for a family obviously. We stayed there for two nights paying 50euros per night, ideal price for what we got
Everything was super clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast or lunch. The living room was also big enough as a resting/meeting point but there is also a balcony with a table where you could take your breakfast and relax.
The bathroom was spacious and clean and had all we needed (towels, soap, sampoo), the water was hot
There is free fast wifi through out the apartment.
Last but not least the hosts that greeted us with a homemade sweet and offered us a jar of homemade marmalade
The house is located in a peaceful area, 3km NE of the port so you need car to reach it. So in case you need access to cafe/restaurants and the city center in general you will go by car. If this is just your base for visiting the villages of the area is ideal anyway.
Have in mind that parking is kind of hard due to the super narrow street but we left the car 100meters away and we were fine.

Very nice balcony with a beautiful view on the mountains.
Outside of Volos but one can easily reach downtown with a 30-35 minutes walk or a 4 Euro taxi ride.

The house has a roof which is not used. If the hosts could change it to a roof top terrace that would be absolutely stunning.

The house was huge, the decoration was traditional and everything was incredible. The staff absolutely adorable. We loved our stay at Irini's home and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It was also in a quiet location and had a pretty view of the moutain Pelion.

Great comfort place , quiet neighborhood , 3 rooms , great kitchen , large living room , and most important large terrace with barbecue , fantastic View on Pilion , owners help us with everything we need , 5 min by cars to port , ILL BE BACK !!! For sure !!!

I'm not sure what to start with. The smooth communication with the owners, their readiness to accommodate our requests, the warm welcome, the perfectly clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment.... a place I definitely recommend and would love to return to.

The location is perfect for trips to Pilio, Magrenitsa and Portaria are near. The apartment is very big with all equipment that you need. The view from the big terrace is very beautiful. The hosts are very helpful. We have welcome drinks - liquor and cold water in the fridge. Thank you for everything! We will be back 😊
