Do Not Stay Here

Decent bed. Central location.

The internet kept disconnecting. AC is super noisy like car engine. No hot water. Zero noise isolation from outside. Staff called me early in the morning for breakfast when I did not ask. I requested partial refund, the hotel declined. I do not recommend staying here.

no lo recomiendo, el precio no va acorde a lo que ofrecen y la calle en la que está tiene mal olor

habitaciones muy calientes, no habia disponibilidad, me llamaron repetidas veces para presionarme para pagar la habitacion caso contrario se le asignaba a otra persona.

I think the staff is really good.

The best thing about this hotel is the localisation and the staff. Very helpful people, especially men who helped me with my enormous luggage. And woman at breakfasts – really nice, always smiling, you need to give her a raise because she does her job really well.

There is a really weird payment method. For me, it was inconvenient to pay using yape because I don’t have it and can’t have it because I’m foreigner. And breakfasts aren’t so good – there aren’t many options, they are small, and they aren’t as expected.

No vuelvo a este hotel.

No tome el desayuno, ya que hice el check out a las 6:30 a.m. Esta ubicado cerca a la plaza de armas de Chiclayo. Baño limpio.

No cuenta con ascensor e inicialmente me dieron una habitación en el 5to piso, muy pequeña y sofocante y no contaba con aire acondicionado, como dice el anuncio.

Buena Ubicacion y Excelente atención

La ubicacion era buena, cerca de todo y bastante seguro,gran atención de la Sra Luz ,la verdad la atención fue de lo mejor

El desayuno nada variado, comer varios días lo mismo no es tan agradable, le falta mejorar las habitaciones, e el baño no hay donde colocar los utensilios personales, no había espejo en el baño, el aire acondicionado no estaba muy bien, estando con calor la verdad que no era agradable

Ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad

La habitación no contaba con ventilación ni aire acondicionado.La ventana daba a la recepción, es decir no se podía usar.El calor era insoportable por lo que opté por perder una noche ya pagada, a seguir en esas condiciones .Pésima experiencia

Maravillosa estadía...

Llegaba de Arequipa deseando encontrar un lugar privado y céntrico en Chiclayo donde poder descansar tranquilo sin incomodar a la familia y/o amigos en casa, por suerte hallé el Hotel Escala donde logré mi objetivo. Al llegar, me recibieron muy amablamente, inclusive me facilitaron ingresar a mi habitación reservada antes de la hora indicada de check-in comprendiendo mi arribo temprano de viaje. Todo el equipo del hotel maravilloso, pero en especial la Srta. Mara quien fue más que atenta conmigo. Recomendadísimo lugar donde hospedarse. Espero volver pronto a Chiclayo y, sin lugar a dudas, este sería mi lugar de estadía...

Good location, nice staff

The staff at the reception, the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good closed to the main square.

Since I booked the room without air conditioner I underestimated the heat in the room. But with opening the window and small part of the door and the ventilator I still could manage a good night sleep.

Insatisfecha. Pésimo. No lo recomiendo

La ubicación

No me dieron desayuno porque pasaba las 9 AM, primero me dieron un cuarto con moho humedad en la pared y sucio. Pedí me dieran la otra oferta de Booking pero dijeron que no había... Al final me mandaron a otra habitación. Sus habitaciones no tiene buena ventilación, en sí en Chiclayo hace calor, tienes q usar siempre en ventilador algo que no hace bien si eres asmático o tienes algún problema pulmonar. No lo recomiendo para adultos mayores y pacientes crónicos. No hay buena higiene de su ropa de cama. No me sentí cómoda. No volvería ni lo recomiendo

El personal del hotel, muy atentos, hicieron que mi estadía sea agradable.

Cuando llegué, no tenían el cuarto que reservé y me reubicaron a otro horel, ese es un punto que deberían mejorar, pues los huéspedes llegamos con ganas de poder disfrutar correctamente y no estar pasando malos momentos.

Céntrico y buen precio.

La ubicación y la amabilidad de los trabajadores del Hotel, nos permitieron guardar las mochilas sin costo mientras esperábamos el bus de regreso.

A 2 star hotel with no a/c, fairly cheap and centrally locat3d

Staff were friendly, it was clean and centrally located.

it's a 2 star hotel, with no a/c. bedroom is tiny as its.on a very noisy shopping street, we got a room behind (where noise was ok). But it only had a window on an internal corridor,which closed badly, so we were not so happy about security

I really liked it, I will come back on my next trip to Chiclayo.

Breakfast was fantastic, only the hot weather its killing up there on the dinning room, maybe if you guys put some fans on the hot seasons, that would be perfect, the room was great, the air conditioning its very powerful and brings a lot of comfort, the location its a little hard to spot since the hotel its located on an alley, but I guess there its no much space on those streets to build a hotel. everything was great, thanks.

Sweeting while I was taking my breakfast, some fans would fix that problem, besides that, it was great, very quiet at night, I loved that. (I was staying on the summer)
