Very comfortable and relaxed

We was there for the weekend. The weather wasn't that great and it was very cold but the house was very cozy. The host prepared enough firewood and electric heaters in each room for us.
Something was wrong when I tried to book for my trip but Rachell was very nice and supportive.
There was no wifi in the house but if that something you look for a getaway trip from busy life and forget about phone, ipad... then this is definitely it.

It was really easy to feel at home in this property. It was cozy, comfortable with a nice open kitchen/dining/lounge area that allowed 6 of us to enjoy each other’s company without feeling squashed.

I booked the house with my dog. The house is really beautiful and has a lot of inclusions, but I was worried my dog would break everything, so I didn't end up staying for too long.
The house was clean and well presented and the hosts were very helpful!
I do recommend this house!

What a lovely property! The hosts are super helpful (even when I was a bit of a numpty!). The place is clean, well supplied, unique in its design and so quiet. Perfect location being just 15 mins from either Rosebud or Flinders. We will come back again, everyone loved it. Thank you!

Great place to unwind. Excellent facilities and great hosts👍👍

Located in a nice area, good living room space and open kitchen. Bedrooms had some bedding but T&C required sheets, pillow cases and towels which was fine. Lots of appliances for the kitchen. Place needs a detailed clean though. Quite dusty everywhere and grimy kitchen/bathoom/shower areas. Two toilets were good. Some doors are squeaky and loud, don’t close fully. No ventilation in bathroom. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.

In town for a few days with my family. Lots of rooms. Comfortable beds. Interesting decorations. Toys for the kids. No air conditioner, despite what listing says. But only one room was really hot, the others and house were generally fine. Only one shower, which was a bit weak but worked fine. Would stay again.

WE LOVED THIS PLACE! Great central location for touring around the Mornington Peninsula. The house is in fact much bigger than it appears in the photographs with super cosy rooms and decor plus a lovely terrace out the back. Hope to come back one day soon.

We had the loveliest time at Beeches making special memories with our family, relaxing and exploring the Peninsula.
The Cape Cod style cottage was loaded with rustic character and charm and provided a lovely base to explore the Peninsula.
Beeches has a beautiful enclosed back garden great for doggos, a cosy open downstairs living space, lovely spacious bedrooms with beautiful views. The only things to keep in mind when booking are the single bathroom with shower over deep clawfoot bath which proved a little tricky for oldies with arthritic joints. (Not a fault, just something to be mindful of), linen is available at an additional cost but not provided (my oversight), and being new to the area, we weren't aware that there are no shops in Cape Schanck itself. Again, not a problem but good to know. Terry and Rachel were readily contactable and approachable.
Overall, we loved our time staying at Beeches.
