Location was great. Very close to many restaurants, the ocean and shops. Balcony gave amazing views of the bay and the mountains behind. The 3 bathrooms and kitchen set up was perfect. The condo had everything you need to cook. The property provided several fans which was helpful, plus beach chairs and snorkeling gear.
When the washing machine was going there basically zero water pressure throughout the entire condo. The dryer honestly did not work which I am sure increases the energy bill. We dumped out the surplus water as instructed and still did not dry well. To get a nice breeze you needed to open up the bedroom windows which was awesome, however behind the property there are soccer courts and children and adults played sometimes until 10 o'clock. It sounds like they were on the balcony it was so loud. Several homeless people were walking the grounds. Many were yelling at 2 or 3 in the morning. They woke us up every night. I heard one morning an altercation between a homeless person and the grounds crew. The traffic getting out of the facility is truly dangerous. Its on a hill and often wet and the people on Kalakua highway speed.

Great proximity to shops and nightlife. east to get in and out of.
Dryer didn’t work properly. Pool was COLD!!

I liked the space and options to walk to restaurants & shopping. It was nice to view some of the ocean and hear the ocean. For being in the hub of town, I felt secure and secluded.
It was difficult to close a tall window so night time was a little noisy. It was different having to call a front desk instead of speaking in person. But once we figured out the little quirks, we found a routine.

Close to Kailua-Kona, warm weather, quiet most of the time, comfortable for me and my granddaughter. I got the loft!!
I didn't like having no human being on site to talk to and ask questions.

This was a fantastic location. The property was roomy and nicely maintained.
The lack of air conditioning was a big negative. The space was often hot and uncomfortable. Luckily, we didn’t spend a lot of time there during the day, and at night, it cooled down ok with all of the fans running.

Location was great and the condo was clean and spacious.
