Bali Exception is glad to manage Villa Minha Gente which is located in a small street in Seminyak, the new trendy area of Bali, where plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants are located. The tropical atmosphere and the modern design of this villa give a unique and unparalleled style.


## Space

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, TV, AC, and a private bathroom that offers comfort and intimacy.

Two of these bedrooms have a wonderful view of the large pool and the lush tropical garden.

You will find next to the swimming pool, a beautiful gazebo where you can relax and chill during your holidays on the island of Gods. The third bedroom also offers plenty of space and a nice view of a small grove.

The main room is completely open to the outside, which is typical of Balinese villas. It shelters the kitchen and the living room with a comfortable sofa, perfect for good times with family or friends!

This contemporary villa will delight architecture and design lovers who look for exoticism. It will allow them to enjoy the Balinese atmosphere while enjoying modern comfort.

## Transit

Optional (additional cost) – please book 24 hours in advance:

- Driver: a 6/7 passenger car can be used up to 8 hours a day with a driver, taking you to all the places you would like to visit.
- Scooters rental.
- Please be informed that the area is not online transportation friendly. Kindly contact our villa manager to arrange transportation directly for your further arrangement.

Additional note:

*Pets are not allowed to be on the premises, except if there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, a 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
*Crib is available on additional charge and 5 days' notification in advance prior to arrival is needed (subject to availability).
*Any BBQ activities will not be allowed to be held in the villa.

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in details every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient.
