Overall a decent place to stay

Checking in was easy , the beds were really comfortable . The heating worked well . Great to have an en-suite and separate bathroom .

I agree with other reviewers comments regarding the sofa which was very hard and uncomfortable to sit on . Additionally, the security deposit was very steep for this property .

great communication with the host. very nice and spacious place. not difficult to park.

sofa could be more comfortable, specially considering the TV is amazing and would be great to spend hours in front of it ;)

spacious & clean apartment with amenities, location is convenient! Friendly host wth imauick reply! we stayed here for 5 nights! will definitely book again if we come here again! and will recommend friends to come!

Need to walk a Long stairs up to the apartment on 1/F. The bathroom ventilation fan is a bit loud, when we turned it on for shower. the neighbour knocked our door for 2 nights to ask ys to turn it off (a bit over-demanding neighbour, as it’s just around 8:30-9p.m. at night) The master bedroom’s shower water drainage got a bit stuck, sk the water cannot go away quickly! One more note is that there is a nursery right below on the ground floor, So, there will be kid’s & teacher’s vouce dutring weekday’s daytime! But it will jot bother us a lot!

Very nice flat exceptionally clean, well equipped.

location gives rise to severe parking problems as nearly all the streets are permit holder only. £300 bank transfer security deposit required one week before, high for a two night stay.

Lovely, spacious apartment, great location, friendly hosts who were easy to communicate with

The pull out bed for the 5th person was uncomfortable

Very good

Very clean and modern deco. Beds were very comfortable.

Settee was uncomfortable to sit for long which is a shame because we enjoyed watching programmes on large TV screen. Parking was a problem.

Nice stay near Kingston

Nice apartment with comfy beds, large TV and well equipped kitchen. Location is close enough to Kingston and not too noisy despite next to road (nursery was closed when we were there)

Sofa was a bit hard (need the cushions) and bedroom windows couldn’t be opened. Showerhead in main bath is quite low and shower area small. Entrance is via steep staircase.

Superb

Very well equipped flat, comfortable beds warm, great location for transport, close to the expanses of Richmond Park, restaurants, take aways, and excellent mini Market. Parking is fine once you master the local rules.

Well located and well equipped apartment. We'll be back!

Very comfortable warm apartment in an excellent location. Close to Richmond Park, nearby well-stocked small supermarket, easy walk into Kingston, and right on a bus route for Richmond. Easy enough to street park nearby, or right outside overnight.

Location convenient but we were disappointed overall.

The location is good and the host obliging re early/ late arrival/departure

Springs in bed in 2nd bedroom could be felt, the pillows and bedding were poor quality. In living area there are 3 windows, one faces brick wall and others are semi obscured so no outside view. This property is overhead a crèche so naturally there is a lot of child related noise if you are there during their opening hours
