Highly recommend for staying and definitely will stay again.

Very comfortable conveniently located hotel, beautiful inside and outside. Very clean. At the center of Old Town. Despite of locating on the busy street, it was very quiet inside - The windows in our room were facing inner courtyard (we asked such room during reservation) and were very happy that the hotel complied). The bed was very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. We definitely will stay there again.

Not the best experience

Good breakfast, location right in the centre of the old town.

I am very disappointed with the hotel service. The overnight stay was ordered for a special occasion. I paid for daily spa access+ parking+ breakfast. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the hotel, I found out that I will not be able to use the spa and swimming pool due to some malfunction. It's a pity, but the hotel failed to notify me before my arrival so I would be able to change my plans. And I also had a special request that was not processed, although I received a reply from them with the confirmation that they will be able to arrange this for me. There will be no extra charge for this request. This was important to me and I was not against paying anything if needed. Not the best experience. I think the hotel is overrated.

Κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο, κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα , καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο, ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης, κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Το πρωινό αξιοπρεπέστατο, το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο, το προσωπικό ευγενικό -φιλικό ειδικά στο πρωινό. Εάν θα επιστρέψω στο Βίλνιους εδώ θα μείνω ξανά.

Το πρωινό ήταν αξιοπρεπέστατο αλλά μετά την διαμονή μιας εβδομάδας θα ήθελα να υπήρχε αλλαγή στο πρωινό , κάτι διαφορετικό όχι τα ίδια και τα ίδια.

Great location, beautiful property but some staff members need serious training.

The location is unbeatable and the Christmas decor was absolutely wonderful.

There were a number of unfortunate events - mainly but not all - related to a particular staff member. I did address this with the manager and another member of staff (which were very understanding and professional in their approach) and they did try to remedy the situation. In addition, due to the holiday season, there were several events happening at the hotel which impacted our stay. On one occasion, there was a wedding and one of the guests got terribly drunk and was being a nuisance (he even insulted us without us even speaking to him) and I believe it could have been handled better by the staff. Unfortunately, it then escalated (between two of the wedding guests) and the police had to be called in. Overall, many of the issues and our not-so-great impressions always somehow revolved around the staff and their approach. The only reason I'm not scoring our stay worse, is really because of the location, how beautiful the property is and the manager's intervention to try his best to sort our issues. I would also like to add that at the bar, there were a couple of young guys waiting on our table, they were the most polite, attentive and spoke excellent English. Maybe we were just unfortunate.

First class hotel. Professional staff. Great venue in central of the city. Would stay there again .

Excellent location in centre of old Vilnius, walking distance of everything. Taxi about 10 euros from airport. Staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Excellent rooms. Spa was absolutely amazing, lovely pool, steam and sauna. Massage available if wanted. Much recommended.

Kadangi viešbutyje buvom nedaug , o pagrinde laiką leidom senamiestyje ,viešnagė buvo puiki.

Labai gera lokacija . Gražiai pasipuošę šventiniam laikotarpiui , viešbučio personalas paslaugus , švaru.

Nuėjom išgerti pasitikimo gėrimo , tai liepė sėsti prie dviviečio staliuko prie įėjimo , kur visi pro nugarą vaikšto . Paklausus gal galima prie kito išgirdome atsakymą- jūs juk dviese . Nors kavinėje buvom mes tik dviese ir visi staliukai laisvi .Bet personalui dvivietį tvarkyti paprasčiau , tad nurijom kartėlį ir daugiau čia nėjome ir nesigadinom nuotaikos . Kita problema vonioj labai šaltos grindys , tad naktį einant į wc šąli kojas .Taip yra aišku vienkartinės šlepetės , bet naktį tamsoje jų paprasčiausiai neieškai. Penkių žvaigždučių viešbutyje to neturėtų būti . Paskutinę dieną neveikė liftas .

Es war sehr schön geschmückt, das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer groß und der Boden schön warm. Die Mitarbeiter höflich.

Das Spa Bereich ist in die Jahre gekommen, die meisten Knöpfe (Whirlpool etc.) funktionieren nicht, die Sauna viel zu kühl. Es gab keine einzige Liege zum entspannen, nur ein paar Sessel. Das Frühstück war okay, aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas wenig Auswahl. Unter dem Bett lag noch Dreck vom Vorgängern, da wurde nicht super geputzt.

Klassisk Hotel med stille omgivelser. SPA fasiliteter i kjeller.

Opplevde litt vond lukt på badene etter renhold. Kan være dårlig vannlås eller vannet som avga lukt i håndklær etc.

Great and romantic vacation!

Staff was really friendly and help with every question. They even provided sweet gift for my fiance, because it was his birthday. They also offer free welcome drink, which was amazing touch! Breakfast was very tasty!

Water in SPA bubble bath was cold.

Far from a 5 star hotel

Location

Quality of service - spa is not functioning: jacuzzi not working, water cascade not working, sauna is switched on only if you ask, pool is not maintained with dirt floating in the water. At breakfast you can be asked for your room number up to 3 times - staff is not trained. Tablecloth with stains. Hospitality at a very low level for a 5 star hotel. Bed mattress and pillows are crap. And on top of that it is ridiculous that in a 5 star hotel there is not staff offering to bring luggage to the room! In Europe this is maximum 3 stars.

Lovely location, nice atmosphere, friendly staff

The pool area, the bed, staff was friendly ( breakfast staff could provide a more personal service ) . Clean

The air condition was not working effectively. Sauna was not heated on the first day of stay. Worked well after we gave advance notice of us wishing to use it. The safe instructions are not current. We needed to call staff to assist.

Great place in a great position

Staff were superb, very helpful and friendly. Sauna was pleasant, pool too. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Parking is adequate and secure. Location couldn't be better, very atmospheric position, and the hotel has an air of tradition about it.

Not a dislike, but just to point out, finding vehicle entrance us very difficult due to one way streets. Best contact hotel, or arrive out front as I did and be directed.

It’s an authentic lovely boutique hotel - my favorite in Vilnius 👌

Location is perfect! I love the romantic charm of the building and rooms. Staff is nice and friendly. Restaurant is great - food was amazing - great service there .. the pool is small, but water is warm - i like it - a little spa is cozy - with saunas where it’s possible to relax after a long day in the city.

The shampoo, body gel, conditioner bottles were hard to open when wet - caused bruises on fingers. the tv remote battery was dead and couldn’t turn off the tv, so had to pull out the card to cut the power (was too tired to go to the reception)

Happy to be back but needs quite much of improvement

The location and the history of the hotel. The breakfast is great. The reception is kind and polite. I love the style of the hotel.

The room was a bit dark and hard to access by stairs with a luggage by myself as no one offered to carry my luggage to the room and from at the check out. The breakfast is great, but the open curtains where you can see the kitchen and people who are are wearing civil clothes and spending time on their phones and chatting is a bit distracting and questionable. No complimentary coffee or tea in the rooms to make it by ourselves, you have to order the coffee for 6€.
