** Introduction **
Peaceful 4 Bedroom, Updated Home located in Marquette. Perfect for all renters. Large Driveway, spacious yard, free parking! Being in the Township, this is perfect for all your outdoor activities but still within minutes from Downtown MQT and all the shops and restaurants. Snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, snow biking, walking trails and excellent scenery. The house is great for families, couples, business travelers, and small groups. Marquette has much to offer!

If you plan on bringing pets, be sure to add the pet fee during the booking process. If more than 2 pets, please contact me beforehand.

Driveway is large enough to accommodate multiple vehicles along with a trailer or two if needed.

** The Space **
This home was recently remodeled. Having 1600 sq. ft. with plenty of space, clean and well decorated. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and, 1 twin bed. The kitchen has all brand new appliances and also has all needed cooking and eating supplies. A Keurig with cups is also supplied. Large driveway offers many parking spaces. A Smart TV, WiFi, Netflix and such is included.

The Hot-Tub is not available from mid November through mid April because of the cold winters!

** Guest Access **
You have access to the whole house. 4 bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard and the basement with washer and dryer. There is a detached garage located on the property that can be rented at an extra cost.

** Other Things to Note **
There are two security cameras which are located on the outside of the property for additional safety, one on the garage and one on the front porch. No Camera's are inside the property! If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact at anytime, Thank You!!

This place was great. Very serene. We sat out back and were able to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Even saw a deer and it’s fawn. Had a great time. Thank you. Bob and Tracy Russman and parents.

A group of 4 couples was traveling up to Marquette for Ore to Shore weekend. This home had everything we were looking for with 4 bedrooms. The addition of the garage was great as it was a place for us to store and work on our bikes. Communication was quick and Tyler took care of all our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner, was easy to communicate with and provided quick responses. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of parking for our two vehicles and two motorcycl trailers. .

Host did a great job of communication, had a resource book with house details and instructions for using appliances and hot tub. Worked great for our family outing. Will keep this one in mind for next summer.

We had a party of 6 and lots of family and friends stop by in the evening for dinner & board games. House accommodated all our needs. I was also impressed by house well the hot water stuck around with 6 people showering. Our friend used the hot tub every morning & loved it! Host was very responsive when we had questions and made sure to let us know before he stopped by to cut the grass. Overall, great spot in a quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely stay there again.

This property was perfect for our extended families vacation. Very close to a nice park and close to town where we hung out most days. Communication with the host was great. Although we reviewed it 5 stars, there’s a few things worth noting. The hot tub is just an inflatable one that doesn’t stay hot very long. There’s also no true jets; just air bubbles and half of them were out. There was also no dishwasher and we went through a ton of dishes. Lastly, not all rooms had air conditioners so they were very hot at night. Nothing super serious which is why we still have the property 5 stars. Overall a great place and we would come again.

We have stayed at this home numerous times. Tyler is extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house is always clean and the new fireplace adds a cozy touch.

Comfortable inside and out, slept very well on comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Clean and updated had everything we needed. Lots of parking with big backyard. Quiet neighborhood yet convenient to everything. Excellent communication with property manager.

Great place to stay. Close to NMU and all of yhe amenities that Marquette has to offer. Some friends and I stayed there for a weekend filled with NMU hockey, a visit with my daughter and a relaxing time! I will definitely book here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would happily go back when we travel to the area again the kids loved having the upstairs to themselves. The kitchen was appropriate for making family dinners. The only complaint I would have is that I wasn’t able to book more days for our trip at this location… which is not a real complaint at all :-)

We had six adults with trucks, trailers, and motorcycles. Tyler was great in helping us set up the garage to store our motorcycles overnight. He also provided info on the area for places of interest and restaurants. The house was very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet - until we started our motorcycles. We didn't get all our day trips done, so we will probably be back!

It was a perfect house for two families, parents downstairs and kids upstairs! Kids loved the hot tub every night to relax after our busy days in Marquette. Really close to downtown and several great trails/water falls!!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Trowbridge Park house. It was just as nice this time as it was the first time. We love the location of this house. It is close to campus and has plenty of hiking too. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The house has plenty of space, a nice kitchen for cooking in, and bedrooms for the whole family. We really enjoyed our long weekend of graduation festivities and though it may be a while before we stay in Marquette again, we would most certainly stay here.

The property is in excellent condition and was a great place to stay. Was touring the local college and needed a place to stay for the weekend. It was centrally located to everything we needed and/or wanted to do. Property owner was easy to work with and communicated everything needed.

Our family stayed with our dogs and baby and everything was wonderful. We cooked and held a mini-thanksgiving at the house and had a blast. Plus they left the hot tub on which was a fun addition for the snowy nights!

Tyler was an amazing host ! The house was spacious for all of the people we intended to bring with us. The house was clean and our dogs loved the large back yard. The house is in a lovely part of down. It’s perfectly centered between the college and the businesses in the area. 20 minutes in any direction are beautiful hiking trails. Will definitely be booking again with this location and host !!

New , fresh & clean from appliances to bedding! It was nice to relax in the hot after hiking sugarbush! The neighborhood is nice, quiet and also close to Northern, and downtown attractions such as Black Rock brewery. Loved it and will definitely stay there again!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Marquette recently. We stayed at the residence twenty six days. The house is nicely located in the township. We were able to visit with friends and family while there. Tyler has remodeled the house nicely. We loved the heated bathroom floor and master bath. The furniture in the living room was adequate for a short stay but a recliner or a barrel chair would be a nice addition. The kitchen was well equipped. The mattresses on the beds downstairs are a little soft but adequate for short term stays. A firmer mattress would be a great addition to the stay. One other improvement would be to put in a open closet for hanging clothes in the master bedroom. Could be something simple like motels have. That definitely would enhance the property. We would stay there again. Nice job Tyler.

This house was just what we needed for a great vacation. Situated in a quiet neighborhood in a central location it was the perfect home for our week stay. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and the hot tub was an added bonus. Tyler was a great host. Highly recommend!
