Am Ende erst bezahlen, sonst zwei Abbuchungen möglich!

Frühstück war gut

Mir wurde zweimal via Karte der Betrag belastet. Auch nachdem ich angerufen habe, hat sich nichts geändert. Via Email habe ich gestern ihnen geschrieben und bisher keine Reaktion bekommen. Habe dem Hotel die Möglichkeit gegeben bis Freitag es zu korrigieren. Bin gespannt was passiert, ansonsten werde ich mich bei euch melden und auch bei meiner Bank!

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem nah zur Altstadt.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit schönem Blick in den Kurpark. Die Dusche auf dem Zimmer war sehr groß und ebenerdig.

Es fehlten Kleiderbügel auf dem Zimmer. Auf dem Balkon fehlten die Stühle.

Personeel is niet heel vriendelijk, als je 5 nachten verblijft in een hotel, verwacht je toch dat de lakens na 3 nachten wel een keer verschoont worden. Een flesje water op de kamer is er ook al niet bij, laat staan de mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten. Tijdens de beurs vragen ze de hoogste prijs voor een uitgeklede kamer.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Ich bin von diesem Hotel und dessen Mitarbeitern total begeistert. Ich habe meine Reise sogar verschoben, weil das Hotel zu dem Zeitpunkt kein Zimmer frei hatte. So begeistert bin ich davon.

Leider war der Zimmerservice diesmal nicht so wie gewohnt! Allerdings wurde meine Beschwerde sehr freundlich entgegengenommen und sofort nachgeholt. Also alles gut.

Not clean, rooms were dirty, showers clogged and a rooms was not made at all one day, breakfast was ok but not as good as last year. There was no flexibility with an early check in request.

Nice that it’s next to the kurpark. you can move about quite anonymously. late breakfast for New Year’s Day. free extra bed and towels for our child!

cleaning staff needs better tools, like a steam cleaner for the carpet. there’s some mold in the shower. it was unnecessarily warm I. the energy crisis.

I liked my stay because I love a quiet environment. No traffic noise was really appreciated.

The location is perfect for a relaxed and quiet stay. The rooms are comfortable although somewhat small. If I would travel with my husband a larger room or a suite would be appreciated. Thank you.
