Było dobrze :)

Pani w recepcji była świetna. Bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta - bez problemu załatwiliśmy formalności. Lokalizacja jest ok, obok hotelu przystanek autobusowy, hotel przy zameldowaniu wydaje Basel Card, więc poruszanie się jest proste i łatwe. Dobre Wifi, śniadanie także w porządku, można się najeść - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokój czysty i spełnił nasze oczekiwania.

W zasadzie wszystko było w porządku, biorąc pod uwagę, że to tylko jedna noc.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Besonders der freundliche Empfang samt Empfehlung zum Rheinschwimmen haben uns den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Het was een kort maar aangenaam verblijf.

Het ontbijt was ontzettend uitgebreid en heel lekker, 1 van de beste ontbijten die we ooit gehad hebben. Voordeel is voor mensen op doorreis dat je kan ontbijten vanaf 7u. De douchegel van rituals is echt een pluspunt!

25 euro extra moeten betalen om te parkeren.

Très bon hôtel !

Très bien insonorisé! Bonne moquette épaisse dans les couloirs qui ne laisse passer aucun bruit. Une personnel extrêmement aimable et souriant. Situation de l’hôtel à deux pas d’un arrêt de trame qui mène directement dans les lieux animés. Petit déjeuner de grande qualité et très varié, on se sent bien en Suisse. Petites attentions prévues pour les enfants !

Parking un peu cher. Chambre un peu petite pour l’option « Triple ».

Excellente adresse

Emplacement proche du centre mais difficile de trouver un restaurant ouvert à proximité. Heureusement le restaurant de l’hôtel était disponible et tout était très bon. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien. Nous sommes allés le week-end de Pâques, pleins d’attention pour les enfants: lapins en chocolat, peluches!

Idéal pour aller au marché de Noël

Idéal pour visiter le centre ville, proche du tram

En réservant ma chambre d'hôtel j'avais préciser une chambre 3 lits avec place de parking (comme la 1ère fois que j'étais venue) arrivée sur place on m'annonce pas de place il faut vous gérer en zone bleu où dans un parking public nous avons payé 40 Fr la nuit Je ne retourne plus dans cet établissement

Stay for the Christmas markets and fondue

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, room was clean, welcoming lobby, very quiet

Perfect hotel als je nacht rust wilt op doorreis (of Basel te bezoeken)

Inchecken. we waren wat te vroeg maar konden al eerder inchecken. De man achter de receptie was erg behulpzaam. Ook konden we bij aankomst meteen parkeren in de garage. Hotel was erg snel te bereiken als je de snelweg verliet. en vanaf het hotel liep je in 10/15 min het centrum in. Ontbijt was prima. heel veel keuze, en alles vers. Ook voor de hond was de kamer prima.

Bedden waren wat aan de harde kant, maar dat is een persoonlijke smaak. En aangezien dit ons laatste hotel was in Zwitserland vond ik de 25FR extra voor de hond wel aan de hoge kant. Vergeleken met de andere hotels die we hadden. Toch zou ik dit hotel zeker aanraden!

Szuper hotel!

Bőséges és finom reggelit kaptunk nagy választékkal. Nem számítottunk ilyen fantasztikus kínálatra. A hotel nagyon jó helyen található, és villamossal hamar a belvárosba lehet jutni, de gyalog sincsenek nagy távolságok a városban. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész mind a recepción, mind az étteremben. Nekünk nagyon jó élmény volt a szállodában tartózkodás. Jó szívvel ajánlom másoknak is.

Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich. Ich stand jeden Morgen mit Rückenschmerzen auf.

Great location and comfortable rooms

Easy to reach, walking distance from city center, parking below the hotel, very nice breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, friendly and efficient staff.

We booked the triple room, which looked to be a regular double with an extra foldable bed added, which left hardly any room to walk around the bed (but we were just there for one night, so didn't really matter). Airconditioning didn't do much.

Ideal location, friendly staff and pleasant, comfortable rooms!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well sized and clean. Having the ability to open the window to get fresh air is ideal. We did not have the breakfast which I regret as it looked great!

My only wish would have been some English language TV options but this is not the fault of the hotel. The free WI-FI allowed us to watch Netflix.

Warm welcome, great location - we’ll be back!

Fantastic location for Congress Center and yet still pretty quiet, even with room facing street. Breakfast selection was superb. Barman did a great job, staying late for us! Thanks
