Relaxing place to stay after a long drive.

One of our favourite hotels. Lovely staff and an exceptionally comfortable room. Breakfast, with its range of home made goodies, is always a delight.

nothing at all, it was terrible

extremly dirty, sheet and linen were dirty also the madress , the owner was unftiendly after we asked him to change the sheet , even he throw us in the Middle of the night on the street. hotel to avoid

hotel is very nice it’s not first time that we are coming in this hotel so I can say only the best regarding everything! stuff is so kind and they were waiting for us even if we arrived quite late…

it’s not hotel fault it’s government but we was freezing it was super cold… we had blankets hotel provide us but it was really really cold in this area because they are waiting from the government to release heating.. thank you in any case because you wanted to help us for us trip to be better.

Superb

The hotel is located in the quite town of Gavi near the Serravalle Outlet mall. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They helped to recommend and book a nice restaurant for our family dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended. Please note that check-in time before 7.30 pm.

A very pleasant hotel

The location is good, only 20 mins drive from the outlet. Spacious 2 bedroom suite. The shower is very good with good pressure. A big public car park next to the hotel, never a problem to park the car. A very nice hotel. Easy and simple check-in and check-out.

Expect some noise during the weekend evening as there’s a bar nearby and also the morning noise from cars leaving the car park. Others are all fine.

Exceptional

Great place to escape from the city bustle. We never miss a chance to spend a few days at Gavi and always pick on this hotel to stay at. Rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. Personnel is helpful and friendly. Perfect choice for the car travelers, - big parking place in front and private one on the backyard. 10 minutes of car ride from the Outlet. Great variety of good restaurants nearby with local food and Gavi wine to have dinner at. Reception is open until 19:30, but check-in is available 24/7 on request, just keep in mind to inform the hotelier.

The hotel is very clean and nice. Home made breakfast and near the hotel there are some good restaurants and good vin. Also it is close to the outlet. If you want to go shopping, this is a good place to stay. I recommend this hotel a lot.

Disappointing

Staff was friendly - allowed us to check in early - bathroom and shower was nice.

Windows are horribly insulated. Barely makes a difference with the window open or closed from the club right across the street. Parking lot is right next to the hotel and you hear all the drunk patrons leaving the bars until 2:00am. Market is on Sunday morning and they begin setting up around 6:00am. Impossible to get a good nights sleep here.
