For me, the hotel is positioned at the nicer end of Benidorm. Sea view rooms certainly deliver, making any time on balcony spectacular. Very comfortable beds, great shower and quiet, effective aircon. Breakfast was plentiful with a good range of options. Bar drinks seemed reasonably priced for a hotel.
Didn't really use the pool as beach a much nicer place to be. Bus stops to and from Benidorm close by.
Yes, there is no getting away from the fact you will need to deal with a 10 minute walk up/down hill to beach but hey, good for the heart (and legs) 😁.
Cramped pool area with the empty but towel saving bed space scenario. One member of bar staff (older male) seemed irritable/rude on more than one occasion. The decor, certainly in the bar was very dated - really need to change the orange net curtains and salmon painted walls. At busy times (meal times), it is almost impossible to get a lift, but as only on 5th floor, we used stairs. If much higher it may get quite frustrating.

Bedroom was nice with a view to the sea. Staff was friendly.
Bathroom is a bit small, but it was ok.

Great location in the quieter and more upmarket end of Benidorm, only 5 minutes away from the best beach in the area (the Poniente). The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious - exceeding our expectations. Wide choice of good food, catering to many different tastes. There were plenty of activities during the day and evening for the times when we weren't tempted away by the beach and visits to Benidorm, Aqualandia, etc. Most of the other guests were Spanish, so some of the food and activities were aimed at them, but we didn't find that to be a problem.
Nothing really.

Good location.
The breakfast was average. We had dinner once at the hotel and it is expensive for what there is to eat as some of the food wasn’t great.

Booked at very last minute as I had issue with the previous accommodation, we had a great time there although we didn’t use much of the facilities.
We loved the sea view room we had, a bit tight for 4x (2x adults and 2x kids) but all very comfortable and clean!
Breakfast and dinner were max with soooo many people but food was good and fresh!
I would def be open to come back...
The hot water from the shower wasn’t all the time reliable as it should have been..

Great sea view. Hotel location outside of Benidorm center.
Bad coffee during breakfast.

Changed from twin room to double bed. Made the bedside cabinets too far away from bed and not possible to reach the light. Restaurant was excellent. Food and also the way it was spaced out.
Coffee at breakfast time.
