Einmal und nie wieder!

Die Abreise in der Hoffnung im nächsten Hotel besser zu schlafen.

Wir konnten kaum schlafen

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, kundenorientiert und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und angesichts des Preises ok. Die Verkehrslage zum Flughafen ist sehr günstig, man braucht nur ca. 15 Minuten.

Allerdings erfüllt aus unserer Erfahrung das Hotel nicht das Hauptzweck eines Hotels, zumindest eines flughafennahen Hotels - man kann hier kaum schlafen. Denn das Hotel ist unserer Erfahrung nach absolut hellhörig. Man hört alles, was auf den Gängen und teilweise auch in den Nachbarzimmern passiert - und wenn man die lauten (einheimischen) Nachbarn hat, dann darf man erst schlafen, wenn die auch zur Ruhe kommen - auch wenn es erst nach Mitternacht passiert und man bereits in ca. 3 Stunden wach sein muss. Wenn man selbst laut ist und andere Menschen völlig missachtet, dann ist es kein Problem. Das Problem ist auch, dass man in die Innenstadt ungefähr die gleiche Zeit braucht wie bis zum Flughafen – und die Umgebung fanden wir persönlich eher unschön.

Quality/price ratio OK

The hotel is fabulous with a free secured parking area. It is quite close to the old town but you will need a taxi if you want to visit the old Belgrade.

The breakfast is good but of course can be improved.

Kahvaltı oldukça güzeldi. Çeşit daha çok olabilir.

Check-in saatimiz biraz geç oldu. Otele varış saatimiz 12-13 olarak işaretlenmişti ancak 15 gibi girebildik.

Really good place I highly recommend!

I really like this hotel and stayed the 3rd time - and will come back.

There was no safe in the standard room - that is a real problem. This needs to be changed.

Zum Übernachten ist es gut

Das Hotel war gut. Parkplatz war vor dem Eingang und kostenlos was super war!

Frühstück fanden wir nicht so gut aber sonst war es ok!

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel in Novi Beograd. Top Zimmer. Gym und Spa Bereich.

Ergometer ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

generally the hotel is super clean nice comfortable modern well equipped , very nice location , 10 min ride from ap.

restaurant prices are abnormally high for belgrade. it is more expensive than in few places in milan nice or barcelona. never ever use the restaurant

All was good except for the heating which was only centrally set up and couldn't be changed in the r

Breakfast was fine. Room was OK but too hot.

Aircondition couldn't be turned off. It was too hot in the room and the only way to turn the heating off was to open the window. But outside was huge noise due to traffic.

The location is pretty cool, very close to several office buildings at the new airport city area

1st) one front desk lady checking me out was not really friendly, instead looking annoyed to enter my company details on the bill. (sorry to disturb you dear!) 2nd) the eggs in the morning were cold and I mean really cold, maybe 20°C... 3rd the room cleaning was not good. They have tried to make the bed, but my son at the age of 10 can make it better. The mirror was smeared and bathroom fittings were scatched and calcified.

Great hotel for a relaxed stay. Very helpful employees

The room is clean and big. The facilities, WLAN, TV, AC all works well. The room is quiet as well. Parking available around the hotel. To go to the center is best bei Taxi in Max 15 minutes and for less than 9 Euro.

Cleanness. Good wi-fi. Kind staff @reception.

Ventilation system disfunctional, cooling/heating could not be regulated. Noisy, imposdible to sleep from ventilation noise. Shower handle broken. Mattress way too soft, sagging, extremely uncomfortable.
