Breakfast, staff and location were excellent
You got the feeling that the room was wonderful 20 years ago. Updating the room and safe keys to electronic cards would be a first step. Should a fire or emergency occur during the night, you have to unlock the door with your room key, instead of quickly opening the door to escape.

Everything was great! Location , staff, facilities.
Would like to recommend changing coffee at the breakfast and adding some greens ( salads).

View and outside patio
Breakfast was decent
everything else! we couldn’t stay inside! it was SO HOT! The floor in bathroom was so hot, it was hurting to step on it without shoes. Also towel dryer was extremely hot! couldn’t even touch it. Call front desk about and they send “plummer” to fix it, but he did nothing! When I called again about that issue they told me to use thermostat to turn on air conditioner to adjust temperature. There is no air conditioner in the room on the firs floor!!!! There is no thermostat ether! Should they know about it?!?
Swimming pool and jacuzzi are run down with chipped tiles and dirty water! Disgusting!
Big disappointment!

Cozy log cabin- style lodging with incredible views of lake, great food, pool and spa
Silly- but lightbulbs of differing warm and cool white. Stick to warm, please! it’s much more inviting!

The view of the lake from our balcony was beautiful. The room was large, clean and comfortable, furnished in wood. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful - one lent us his SUBO card until we could buy our own. Directly opposite we could access a small beach on the lake where there were very few people.
All the hotels on this busy road suffer from the traffic noise. To get into Bariloche you will need transport

Our room was located on the third floor of the the last building in the back of the hotel, room 33, which afforded us a wonderful view of the lake below, we had high ceilings and the room very comfortable!
The receptionists were nice, but the staff in the restaurant were unfriendly and difficult, it seemed as if they were unhappy to be working there.

nice facilities good location good breakfast
the bedsheet too small and one end up sleeping directly on the mattress which is not very hygienic….
same for curtains that are small and let the might in from 4,30 am….

The property is nice and the view from the room was good. It has potential. Unfortunately the bad overpowered the good.
So many downsides, not ever sure where to begin.
1) Only a couple rooms ( guess?) are like the photos you see on booking.com. Our room was way worse.
2) The bathroom was terrible. The shower points straight down and is so low you can't stand under it and have to duck in order to shower. It is protected by one of those very short glass panels, meaning taking a shower gets the whole bathroom soaking wet. You don't get a nice jacuzzi like in the photos, just a small bath tub with some jets, with the inconveniences mentioned above.
3) The breakfast was completely disgusting. It's "included" but who wants to eat that $h!t anyway... and they charge extra for anything you order like eggs or an espresso, which was horrible anyway.
4) Crazyest thing of all, and one of the dumbest I've ever seen in any hotel anywhere, you have to book a specific time in advance for breakfast, and you can't even choose any time, they once have specific once an hour slots, like you can book 7.10, 8, 8.50am or 9.50. Wanna have breakfast at some other time? You're out of luck. Don't know they day before what time you want to wake up? No breakfast. Why would anyone do this? Now compare this to a good hotel where I've stayed where they just told me on arrival: no breakfast hours, we'll serve it to you whenever you want. Now that's what I expect from a good hotel.
5) The staff wasn't very helpful. We had booked a golf class at Llao Llao driving range and asked our hotel to find out the address for us... they didn't.
6) We hadn't booked anything for New Year's Eve. We asked about dinner but the hotel was fully booked. They weren't able to find us anything in town (obviously they didn't try very hard, since we found something ourselves). They offered to send some food to our room at 7pm. I asked for 9 pm instead, they said no because "the restaurant is in service at that time". So what?

excellent views and grear architecture. very helpful and friendly staff.
The bed pillows and sheets had a very very strong perfume smell. even after housekeeping changed them. It was not possible to reduce the heat in the room and the room was too hot. The radiator near the balcony leaked water. the lights on the balcony did not work. The request each day to reserve a breakfast time was a bit unnecessary I think and the times could be more logical, for example every 30 minutes instead of 8:00 and 8:10. Its unfortunate there is no sidewalk along the main road by the lake, but that is a problem of the city of Bariloche, not the hotel's fault.

Staff where very friendly and helpful. The “Tea room” ( open 1-4) is also their restaurant but it does not open till 8 p.m. Nice atmosphere. Never used spa area but it looked nice. Fantastic restaurant right next door that is open early for dinner. Hotel made reservations for us. Incredible view!
Booked no feathers in room due to allergy. Booking.com never forwarded the request and main blanket in room was feather!

The room was very spacious and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was nice. The fireplace was also great though we did not use it (first time is free, next ones are charged). The wife worked very well and the views to the lake are also nice. The parking was rather challenging to get to, but it was spacious.
We did not know the rooms were in different buildings and the entrance to each rooms is almost from the outside so when it get chilly or cold it could be uncomfortable. The breakfast need some improvement in terms of the vegan options. The worst part of our stay was the spa area: it was crowded with kids and parents who do not know what the hygiene is! People just get there from skiing all in dirty clothes and just jump into the pool. Too much noise and dirty skiing clothes all around the spa area. There was no hotel's staff to control or check on it. Very limited staff who spoke English throughout the hotel, only at the reception. It is quite distant from the rest of the town - to get anywhere you will need to use a car as the pedestrians are non-existent.

Great hotel, great view of the lake. Rooms are nice, cabin style (lots of different buildings you need to walk outside to get to your accomodation).
The breakfast buffet was really good, lots of options.
The pool and hot tub are very nice and you can get a massage (extra cost but totally worth it!)
No direct access to the breakfast room or the pool/spa. Walking in the cold in winter after the pool is not very nice ..
