Dreadful, not worth the expensive cost.

The location was what we needed for our trip.

There was no water due to a flood which meant we couldn’t flush toilets and had to go out for the day with no showers. Staff didn’t appear to know what to do and did not keep anyone updated on situation. On top of that no gluten free options for breakfast so had to go out hungry too! When water did come back the next day it was lukewarm at best so still couldn’t shower. No compensation offered by staff. Waiting for a response to my complaint email.

Don’t waste your money

It was definitely not value for money. The rooms have a very old feel about them. The walls have scratches and marks all over them. The bathroom was not pleasant with broken, mouldy tiles, and the bathroom flush buttons would move around and often not work/sync with the actual flush. Thank goodness we only had the hotel for a short stay after a wedding party so we only had to sleep. We couldn’t wait to check out in the morning.

Good for the price

Great price and very close to Heathrow Airport, an ideal place to stay for a rest before heading off early. Excellent check-in process and friendly staff. The room was a decent size plus clean and tidy. Comfy bed and pillows.

The furnishings in the room are very worn out, cupboard doors didn't close properly and it just feels like a refurbishment is due. There was a note saying the TV is out of service and it appeared the note has been there a long time.

Cheap short comfortable stay

The standard double room we had was a decent size. Plenty of free parking 30 minutes to centre of London Easy check in and out It was good value Clean comfortable bed

The room could do with a little update. Dated and shabby in areas The bathroom had seen better days and could do with a de limscale and polish up.

I would advise any contractor staying at the hotel to remove all their tools from the Van, I stayed one night and parked in the carpark which looked safe, however I had all my tools stolen out of the van, when I told the guy on reception I sensed from his attitude this was not the first time, he said the cameras are not very good of a night. When I reported to the Police they said they have had a few calls and the hotel was getting targeted, would have been nice to be pre warned.

Ok...

Good location for getting a short taxi to pinewood studios.

The room was not very clean, the furniture etc was not of high quality. We had to move the cables around for the TV to work. Staff at reception were perfectly friendly.

Location was nice cleanliness was awful just got married couldn’t shower it was filthy so had to leave early to go home to shower!!

Ver good value and well placed to visit London

Staff gave us a room change when we ended up with 2 rooms in different buildings. Restaurant was great. The parkland across the road was great for walking.

Aircon did not work and room was very hot. We were there during a heatwave

I didn't feel €650 was a fair price for the room I stayed in. A/C didn't work, chairs were stained..

The location

I can't comment on other rooms in the hotel but the one I stayed in didn't look like it should cosy €650 for 4 nights. A/C didn't work and it was unbearably hot, walls were cracked and chipped, chair stained, Tv remote had pieces missing. The window looked like it'd never been cleaned. The shower head was terrible as all the water trickled out of one area, i don't know if it's due to limescale, wear and tear or age of the shower but it was very difficult to have a shower without getting water all over the bathroom. It wasn't a bad place to stay but the pictures shown on booking.com didn't resemble the actual room and the quality of the room didn't warrant a €162 a night price tag.

Air con doesn't work. Staff tried telling me I had a bill to settle and wouldn't believe me when I told them we didnt use the bar.
