Definitely recommend.

The customer service was exceptional the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable nothing was too much. Every request to make the stay amazing they went 110%. The location is great close to everything. Room was clean.

Disappointing

It was clean and the staff were amazing

Kitchen and bathroom taps very loose. Sink plugs didn’t work so wouldn’t hold water. Hard standing on pebbles to shower and water very fierce. Kitchen cupboards (and bathroom) old and didn’t close properly. Decking wood rotten and uneven. Needs a refurb outdoors. Bird poo over dining table and patio in a morning (not their fault obviously but not nice). Air con remote hard to use as it’s so high up on the wall. For the price I expected it to be of a higher standard sadly.

Relaxing

We arrived and received a room upgrade to the Junior Suite, which is bigger than the Deluxe. We were suprised by how beautiful and peaceful the villa was, we didn’t want to leave it. The bathroom being outside is very cool. The staff were also very friendly, kind, and helpful, they gave us breakfast which was very filling and had a good array of food.

The kitchen facilities need an update, but my partner and I weren’t in Bali to use the kitchen anyway. We didn’t plan to use the kitchen at all, the Villa is surrounded by great food options.

The staff were so lovely and kind and helpful. We were very thankful for their attentiveness and assistance, especially since I was sick when we stayed. Outdoor bathroom was also very nice and the private pool was good.

Bit of noise from the club next door. But the staff were so nice and helpful about it, and it was clearly out of their control.

Loved staying at Sanyas suites would recommend staying there and will return

Good size pool, breakfast delivered each morning was very good with enough options, location was within walking distance to beach and shopping, restaurants etc. Reception and staff extremely friendly and lovely to deal with, remembered our names and greeted us each time we went in or out.

Nothing found the villa perfect for what we wanted.

Everything. The rooms were well presented and tidy. The staff are lovely and cannot help you enough. The pool was nice and clean. Great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Small convenience store accross the road with basi essentials woth beer a flavoured Smirnoff vodka drinks. Right next-door is a money changer and next to that a massage and spa. Very cheap and great service. Highly recommended.

Nothing i didn't like. But some of the decking around the pool could do with a little maintenance and a few other minor things.

Exceptional

The best part about any property is their Hospitality and people at Sanyas suite are the best when it comes to Hospitality. Mr. Gede and Mrs. Ira has managed their operations really well and were kind and humble enough. The Property is centrally located and is closer to majority of the popular places. only thing they need is some renovations and give some modern touch to this beautiful property.

The villas are beautiful and it was a true Balinese experience. The size of the villas were great and I would definitely stay here again. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and we never returned to a dirty room. Location was great.

It was disappointing there was no restaurant or bar, it looks like there once was but now it's gone. It was also quite noisy in the middle of the night with the sound of bass from surrounding bars/clubs.

a special and unforgettable stay, the memory of it will always make us smile.

the villa was very spacious, the pool was lovely and the living room area was large. we loved that we could order breakfast to our villa and that the bathroom was so large with a shower and a bath. the bedroom was beautifully decorated as we are on our honeymoon. there were rose petals in the bath tub too. the room was cool and air conditioned on our arrival. There was a safe too which was great to lock up our valuables. the staff were kind, courteous and very helpful.

unfortunately the bats in the trees woke up at night, ate fruit in the trees and then decided to poop in the outdoor lounge. so we would find their surprises for us in the morning! but that is part and parcel to staying in Bali!

Good location close to main attractions in Seminyak. The villa itself was lovely! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the Villa was maintained throughout the sty.

Was good for the location and a last minute booking, however wouldn’t rush back.

Friendly staff, good location.

The shower didn’t work, water was just treacles so had to bathe which wasn’t ideal after a hot day wanting a shower. TV was completely unusable as it was very old and bad signal.

Ira and the team were so friendly and helpful! Always smiling, quick to attend to any issues and answer any questions! The staff and the location make this villa a great choice!

Nothing we didn’t like..the staff, service, location and breakfast were all great. You can see like many other places on Bali they are coming out of a tough few years..perhaps a little freshen up / painting would be good..but I’d choose the staff and location over a pretty place as the staff make it!

Great location, beautiful friendly staff, lovely property to stay in.

Very accommodating property had everything you would need during your stay. Including fresh water, toiletries, breakfast is delivered on time to your villa at an additional cost, air-conditions, mosquito candles lite in your villa daily, daily house cleaning, staff are incredibly friendly and more than willing to help.

The breakfast was more like a nice home cooked meal than one you would receive at a cafe. No complaints just not something I would pay for again.

1000% reccommend, just like a dream!

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this villa for a weekend during our trip around Bali and it was honestly one of our favorite moments of our vacation. The villa was absolutely beautiful and we fell completely in love with it. My favorite was the «outside-bathroom» which just felt so special and luxerious. The staff were amazing and we are so thankful for everything they did to make our time there so wonderful. 1000% recommend!

Slice of Paradise within Paradise

The photos absolutely don't do the accommodations justice. When I walked through the double wooden doors, I was just like, "Wow! Wow!" Everything was very comfortable, nice size fridge, love that they have a water dispenser in the room, and all of the water pressures were great! The location is very central, and easy to walk to a lot of shopping & beach destinations. The service at Sanyas Suite was fantastic from reception to housekeeping. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Bali!

Nothing to speak of per se. The kitchen appliances and utensils were a bit dated and could use replacing. But everything was very functional.

Experience owning a Villa

The villa was amazing! So spacious! Located in a busy/central area, but you won’t here a thing. Staff was really nice. Bed was so comfortable. It’s a relaxing personal oasis

At first glance it's great... until you look closer.

The staff was wonderful

When we arrived at first glance it looked great. Upon closer inspection all the bedding was stained or dirty , pool was dirty, bathroom was dirty and moldy and the marble tub was shattered. The bed was not comfy and if I hadn't been sick, I would have walked out. The price for this place was high, i expected better. The staff was friendly and kind. I hope they fix this since the place has potential

What an incredible experience and lovely location!

Our stay was incredibly enjoyable. The place was lovely, the staff very friendly and hospitable. Having a private pool to take a dip in each morning and relax in each evening/late night was such a bonus to the entire trip.

The villa was a little older/more rundown than expected, but even so the staff did a great job of keeping it clean and comfortable. I would stay again and recommend others to stay.
