A spectacular view of Albufeira and the ocean

What a spectacular view, Wow! Apartment was spotless, set up well to eat in and comfortable. We would come back here without hesitation. Good location in Old Town

Nice apartment in a good location

Apartment was located in a nice street very close to the beach and a relatively short walk to the town centre. Studio was very clean and had what you required for a stay. Peaceful balcony at back. Nice cafe's and restaurants nearby.

Mattress was a little creaky when I rolled over, although still had a good nights sleep.

The apartment was fantastic. Clean comfortable and well equipped. The staff wete exceptional particularly the two ladies doing the daily cleaning. Would definitely stay here again

For the location, I would definitely go back.

Superb

Great location so walkable to restaurants and shops, and of course the beautiful beach.We had a wonderful seaview from our balcony. We found the roof top deck gorgeous. Nice size apartment, had all you needed.

Wifi was unusable, even with the other site given.Beds could use an update.

location, location, location

The location was perfect only 10 minutes walk to the old town. with staggering sea views. The apartments were very clean and spacious we booked the apartments with pool access. Definitely recommend 10/10 Have no hesitation in returning.

There was no pool. Location was perfect, 5min walk to city center and amazing view from the roof top.

The room looked nice, the staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the location was nice.

If you stay on the ground floor, you will have to close the shutters or else every one on the street will have a look in your room. If you close the shutters, you don't have any natural light :(. In the morning, there was noise from the street.

I booked a room with a balcony, I didn’t get the balcony. I got a patio instead which felt like a box. i asked for a discount or something in return but they didn’t give me anything. They advertise a balcony and not all the rooms have it, it’s false advertising and booking should make them accountable for it. That room should be cheaper than the rest or at least they should put it separately. They didn’t care. The owner was away and couldn’t care less. Only option he gave me was getting a full refund. So I would have had to spend the rest of the day trying to find out where I’d sleep. It is unacceptable to have that happen for the price they charge. Staff was inexistent. They only checked me in and then disappeared for the rest of my stay until i had to leave. I could not ask for any advice about the surroundings, where to wat, what to do or anything. The room was also between to the reception and the deposit, so it was impossible in the mornings with all the noise from other guests but mainly from them. Would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend. Not good enough for the value you pay.

Incredible apartment

The apartment was spotless and beds very comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful. The views from the balcony (room 4) are amazing. Very close to the old town but peaceful at night. All you hear is the waves lapping against the rocks. Will definitely stay here again.

Possible only downside is the spiral staircase to the pool is very steep.

Our room was cleaned spotless every morning without us asking! Everything you would need is in the apartment. Beds are very comfortable. Location perfect in the middle of the centre and a 30 second walk to the beach! Staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Loved it!

Location was superb and staff were exceptional. The apt was spotlessly clean and spacious and it was cleaned every day by staff. We were really delighted with it. Will definitely be back - will book one of the apts will pool access next time. Highly recommended :-)

The most beautiful sea view and wonderful location

We had a wonderful time in the appartment. Loved the access to the pool with a bbq area. We basically made bbq almost every day. The view is fantastic, we have stayed in other sea view appartments and hotels before and after but never saw such wonderful 180 degrees view on the ocean. Just amazing and so relaxing. The advantage of our room is also that there are 2 terraces. 1 is almost always in the shade (except for morning) - the one with the large sea view, and the 2nd one is almost always in the sun where you can tan - here you have a partial sea view. The appartment is large and the kitchen is very functional. The location in Albufeira cannot get better as it is on a calm road (the sea view terrace does not have a street in front, you are basically right in the sea and the only thing between the terrace and the ocean is the swimming pool). The tiny road is on the side of the 2nd terrace and there are bars and restaurants on it.

The appartment dates a bit, there is a little smell in the bathroom and from the air conditioning and the the most problem is the isolation of noise. You can hear your underneath neighbours talking and in our case banging doors and yelling. If the neighbours are noisy they can distroy your holidays. Ours would put loud music and basically party on the balcony right beneath us.. Regardless of this, we had a splendid time but if you are sensitive to noise, this is probably not the right place for you.

Awesome view and location (and value for price)!

We had apartment #2 with the pool access. The location is perfect walking distance to the old town - with an amazing view to the sea (plus close to the beach). Listening to the sound of the ocean at night was unbeatable. They clean every day (if wanted) which is nice and the using pool to cool off was awesome.

The door in the bedroom leading to the balcony wouldn’t open all the way (scratching the ground). The shampoo seemed it had water added to it. Also I wouldn’t book it for 4 as it’s stated - 2-3 people is plenty for the space given. A nice touch would be to add some oil/paper towels/salt/pepper to the apartment kitchen.

Beautiful view, good location

- Beautiful view - unoverlooked - Nice staff, Katharina was very kind - Very good location to visit around - There is a big lidl close and other supermarkets 5min driving - There was always a parking spot in the streets around the house - Safe area - I had the superior appartment sea view 4th floor (last floor).

- No electricity socket or drawer in the bathroom - Non functional electricity socket in the room so my phone was not charged in the morning and I had to bring the mirror from the room in the living room on the sofa and dry my hairs there. Not really comfortable.

Waaaaw, waking up with an amazing view

The location was amazing! Right in front of the sea and just 2 minutes walk from the beach of Albufeira and the old town. Perfect! And this appartement had two great terraces: one in the front where you could have a breakfast in the sun with amazing view, and one in the back where you had the evening sun until sunset.

The only thing was that there were two stoerste beds, which we knew, but that they were not equal height. So not handy when you put them together.
