Buen ancho de la cama, buena cafetera y sus insumos, cambio diario de toallas

Faltó abrigo para la cama, pero me enteré al irme que la gobernanta estaba disponible en la noche para que se lo pidiera. El resto ok

Nice basic hotel with problematic shower

Perfect location, pleasant attendants at reception, very good value for money, considering the alternatives. Room was quiet, despite being opposite the central bus station. Were it not for the problems with the shower it would be close to perfect for the 'functional' traveller.

Water disposal pump loud and inefficient. It was practically close to impossible to take a shower, as the shower tub would fill before you'd even get hot water. Maybe this is a problem only in the remote rooms, but it was quite annoying.

Extremely convenient location; 24-hour concierge particularly helpful.

I arrived by train after 11pm so the location 100m from the station was very useful. The fact that there was a night concierge to answer the door at that time was also hugely appreciated. The ferry terminal is only another couple of hundred metres away so my onward journey the next day was also very easy. My ferry was in the afternoon so I made use of the midday checkout to stroll around Santander and have a relaxed breakfast, which was really nice. They also seemed happy for me to leave my bags after midday, if I'd wanted. Overall, a nice place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff.

It was a tiny bit disappointing to be given a twin room, when I'd booked a double. The price was also a little high for the type/size of room (e.g. no tea/coffee facilities) but maybe that's just the local rates. I also booked at very late notice so it's my own fault.

basic accomodation but comfortable and spotlessly clean.very friendly staff.very well located close to bus and train stations and centre.

single room window faces interior so very little daylight and fresh air.

Centrally located pension in Santander

Nice pension in a good part of town.

You have to buzz to get into the building and get the key to your room each time. It's a bit inconvenient for the innkeeper (especially at night) but I suppose that's normal for them.

Location is good, near the bus station and a few steps from the center. The staff was pretty nice, the man of the reception was very kind and helpful.

The room was small and the view from the window was very bad.
