Very enjoyable and would stay again

Location was superb - right on the Esplanade. The undercover secure carpark was excellent and great to have luggage trolleys located there to assist with getting luggage to your room.

Right near the water

Location was perfect, close to restaurants and other shops

Our room was right beside the restaurant and privacy wasn't 100% as people had to walk by. The resort did the best they could by providing privacy screens.

We stay in Hervey Bay a couple of times a year but can't stay there again.

Location to the beach was good. Onsite Indian restaurant was very handy and food good.

We were given a bottom floor unit which had the walkway to reception and the restaurant going straight past our patio. People passing were on eye level and less that a meter away from us. The lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on. A lot of traffic noise.

Was a very enjoyable stay, location couldn't be better.

The location was excellent, across the road from access to beach and a lovely outlook (beach and trees). Even though the property on main esplanade it was not noisey and did not impact us. Restaurants and cafes all with-in walking distance and multiple grocery and other shopping within 10 minute drive.

Water pressure for shower was not good, also trying to get temperature correct not easy to do. Leaving property via car a bit awkward when cars parked on either side of driveway.

We had a great stay and are looking forward to returning in the near future.

The location, unit and staff were wonderful.

The unit we were assigned was on the ground floor (which wasn’t a problem) but our unit had the path leading to the office directly in front of it so everyone walked past us as we sat on the patio.

10/10 ! would not hesitate to recommend to others

from the moment we arrived we were greeted by such friendly, helpful staff ! our room was so clean and spacious and loved the spacious balcony where we could sit and relax and admire the beautiful view

the only one thing I would have changed is the drapes in the bedroom as the light shone through them very early

Great location, facilities and friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay with the location and facilities being first rate. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the unit was spotlessly clean in arrival. We would recommend this resort for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday

We enjoyed our stay but was disappointed with view and not being able to use the tennis court.

The accommodation was easy to get to and located relatively close to things. I like the fact it had undercover car park. The apartment was a good size.

I was disappointed with the view. Advertised as bay views and the apartment did face the bay however, the esplanade is lined with large trees so you cant see the water at all. The tennis court couldnt be used as it was under repair and this was a reason we booked this accommodation. The apartment was good however there was a lack of power points in the kitchen. You had to move the microwave is you wanted a toaster and electric jug plugged in at same time.

Had a lovely relaxing stay used the swimming pool and loved the proximity to the beach.

Directly opposite the beach. Easy flat walk along beach or promenade to shops restaurants etc Great views from balcony.

Noisy traffic during the day when sitting on balcony or when sliding doors left open. Fortunately bedrooms at rear so quiet.
