If staying in comfort is key to a good vacation, look elsewhere.
The location is pretty good, a twenty minute stroll to the town centre.
We stayed in a room not pictured on Booking.com, so be mindful of your expectation is this respect while looking through the photos. The shower, approx 60x60cm/2ft x 2ft, was so small it was difficult to wash, and there is nowhere to place your shampoo/bodywash. There was an unpleasant old/damp-type smell throughout the premises. The room had no river view and road noise at night was unavoidable as the windows needed to stay opened, as the heating, which could not be turned down/off, was running (we stayed in late June). Like most other reviewers, we found both beds uncomfortable, with broken springs and the mattress not supporting your body. Also, the sign outside the premises states that the rooms are newly renovated: they are not, at least not all, rendering this statement misleading. In summation, I would be embarrassed to introduce someone to this room, and if resting in comfort and the end of your day is important, look elsewhere.

Property is dated.

Possibly the worst B and Bbthat I have stayed in in Ireland
No hairdryer. No TV. No wi-fi. Low water pressure for the shower. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room or the lounge. The room was not properly cleaned (beer bottle caps in a drawer)

Zero value, facilities really really poor and noise levels unacceptable. We left a day early.
Location was good
Noise; despite all the signs about staying quiet, we spent two nights with no sleep due to the paper thin walls and the noise from other rooms including lads keeping their doors open to chat down the corridor.

Simple but good
Does exactly wat it says on the tin. Bed and a breakfast. Would be nice to have choice of continental breakfast bits aswell. Location was perfect for INEC. We would stay again. Host as so lovely great job
The bed was a bit springy. The single bed was better than double. The shower had no power but did the trick
