The location is pretty good, a twenty minute stroll to the town centre.
We stayed in a room not pictured on Booking.com, so be mindful of your expectation is this respect while looking through the photos. The shower, approx 60x60cm/2ft x 2ft, was so small it was difficult to wash, and there is nowhere to place your shampoo/bodywash. There was an unpleasant old/damp-type smell throughout the premises. The room had no river view and road noise at night was unavoidable as the windows needed to stay opened, as the heating, which could not be turned down/off, was running (we stayed in late June). Like most other reviewers, we found both beds uncomfortable, with broken springs and the mattress not supporting your body. Also, the sign outside the premises states that the rooms are newly renovated: they are not, at least not all, rendering this statement misleading. In summation, I would be embarrassed to introduce someone to this room, and if resting in comfort and the end of your day is important, look elsewhere.

Excellent breakfast, host and location.
Property is dated.

No hairdryer. No TV. No wi-fi. Low water pressure for the shower. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room or the lounge. The room was not properly cleaned (beer bottle caps in a drawer)

It was in a great location, the staff were absolutely fantastic and so so lovely to us! There was a great breakfast and very comfortable rooms

Location was good
Noise; despite all the signs about staying quiet, we spent two nights with no sleep due to the paper thin walls and the noise from other rooms including lads keeping their doors open to chat down the corridor.

Location & staff
Not having access to both sides of bed / Tea making facilities / TV

Does exactly wat it says on the tin. Bed and a breakfast.
Would be nice to have choice of continental breakfast bits aswell. Location was perfect for INEC. We would stay again. Host as so lovely great job
The bed was a bit springy. The single bed was better than double. The shower had no power but did the trick

The property was close to town so you could walk there. Also not too close as to be disturbed by party people. Staff was also fantastic!
Breakfast was prepared for you and the deck was wonderful to have tea outside.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Mary is very fun to talk with. The B&B has a beautiful living room with a view of the river. Breakfast was very nice. We felt welcomed and at-home.
I didn't like having to pay in advance. Would like a more flexible policy in case of changes in travel agenda.

It was next to INEC
Birthday night away for my mum. I booked this place as a gift for her i rang the place snd saidcit was her birthday andcthey were going to see Show in INEC, my sister took her, she said its was not a good impression from the start when they got into the B&B the room had no tea coffee making facilities in the room. There was no glass to drink water in the bathroom to wash your teeth. The heating was on all night. The breakfast was disgraceful, no cereal available, no sausages available, and the breakfast wasn't cooked well. The price for room. Was 170 euro total rip off, to be honest. Go somewhere else. Don't stay there the whole place is very dated. There is no TV in the room. Very very disappointing 😞

located next to INEC, walking distance, nice view over the river, plenty of parking
the house was freezing at night (probably cost savings with the price of fuel)

The staff were lovely and friendly, breakfast very nice and tasty and location was great for the Gleneagles hotel for our gig we were going to.
Room was dirty, there was no kettle/tea in my room, no glasses (asked for them) and there was no soap in my room to was my hands was told to use the shampoo/body wash!! Think for the price i paid for the room you could improve those very simple things.

The staff are very friendly and were very kind to our children. Our breakfast was cooked to a good standard.
The rooms were appaling. There was a musty smell. The single glazed window had mould growth and were full of condensation. There was a large chip on the toilet bowl. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. It also went from boiling hot to cold. The photos on the website, should be removed,as it is false advertising. There was no TV in the room, even though the website stated there would be.

The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. We were offered towels, duvets, hairdryer if we needed. We were asked if the room was warm enough which it was (for us anyway). We were offered to change our towels or sheets if needed but they don't it everyday if you don't ask which is smarter. we were staying for 3 nights so we did not need our bed sheets changed daily. It is more eco friendly. I appreciated that!
The lounge with fire place and view on the river is so nice.
There is a car park.
I loved the pancakes and porridge for breakfast!
The water for the shower was also warm!
The B&B is situated 5 minutes walking fron Gleneagle hotel/INEC which was perfect for the Gathering, 10 minutes walk from the National park and 15minutes walk from Killarney city center. We did not use it but you can order a taxi as it is not far away.
I want to point out before making some criticism that I don't know how to run a B&B and the things they can face or deal with. Some suggestions : it could have been nice to have a kettle with a few teabags and coffee so we could enjoy the lounge instead of going to a coffee shop.
It did not bother me as I had other stuffs to do but wifi did not work in the bedroom. And for some people, be careful there is no TV, not in the room we had anyway. I did not mind as there are plenty to do during the day and at night.
And last thing which seems a bit silly : no glass in the bathroom to rinse after teeth brushing ah ah ah.

Comfortable bed good breakfast friendly staff
Room decor needs to be updated. We didn't need a family room . No soap in the bathroom or hand towel

Great location overlooking the river, clean and very helpful and friendly staff! Central location and walking distance to the town.
nothing apart from shower (water pressure not great).

Staff were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Location was great also.
Room was very small and cold. There was so much condensation on the walls at night, down to the skirting boards, it was literally dripping wet. **No TV, nor kettle in the room.** Not even as much as a glass to rinse your mouth out while brushing your teeth?! Had to ask for basics such as tea and coffee, nothing offered on arrival nor for duration of the stay ( 2 nights). Denied access to both decking and balcony "in case of a fall".
