The best hotel in Delhi

I liked everything about this hotel. I found the staff members extremely professional and friendly too. My luggage arrived late from the airport and they have kept it well. Thank you! The pool was so nice, cleanliness was top, bed was very comfortable, large window with an amazing view and the shower top standard. We were also offered free coffee on our entry. Just can’t wait to book it again, preferably for a longer time.

Breakfast GOOD! Information sharing between staffs BAD!

The breakfast place was awesome! They even served me plain steamed rice for me which is very important for all Japanese. Thank you very much! Very happy for this.

Even I asked for a drop off service before the day I need it, it was not arranged and took a long time to arrange it. The information is not shared between the staffs. Hope you improve this point. Don't let clients wait.

Great Place in a Bad Location

Hotel has good facilities. Breakfast is very good - many choices & the staff is great. Room was quite large, comfortable & very clean.

The stench as you just step outside the hotel is unbearable. And there is practcally nothing nearby - no eateries, shops or medical store. There was a small mall nearby with a few eating places - you need to take a rickshaw.

Un séjour au calme dans charmant hôtel

Un personnel accueillant, une grande chambre, un petit déjeuné copieux, un hôtel calme et charmant, une connexion simple et efficace au wifi.

L'emplacement n'est pas exceptionnel, l'hôtel est encore au milieu d'une zone en friches pas très jolie - cela changera avec les constructions qui y seront probablement dans le futur

Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable Buffet très diversifié autant pour le lunch/dinner que pour le breakfast, possibilité de manger à la carte aussi

Personnel pas accueillant (pas de bonjour), obligé de demander 2 fois si la chambre est prête (elle l'était) mais on nous laisse attendre ... Douche sale, baignoire limite... NE PRENEZ SURTOUT PAS LA NAVETTE POUR ALLER A L'AEROPORT ils vous la font payer 3400RI alors qu'un Uber coûte 400RI, grosse arnaque, inadmissible !! Quartier loin de tout, obligé de se déplacer en voiture partout

FABULOUS STAY

Everything Lovely hotel and very accommodating particularly at dinner when they discovered I had been struggling with the spicy food and one of the waitresses organised for the chef to cook me something without spices. The chef then came and asked if all ok. They literally could not do enough for you probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Would definitely stay again

I have been overcharged. I paid on the evening with my card for 2 meals at the restaurant. I have noticed on my final bill that they have also added the meals to my bill. I have raised a dispute with my bank

Staff gentilissimo e super cortese. Colazione eccezionale con buffet super ricco. Molto pulito. Camera molto spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottimo pranzo con richiesta di piatti fuori dal menù. Consigliato.

Below Average Stay for 5 Star $$$

The restaurant was decent. Definitely not a five star experience but the food was decent. Waiters were polite.

Our room wasn’t very clean. Spider webs, bathroom had stains on the walls, cracked tiles on the side of the bathtub. We also did not get the 4 pints of beer as promised in the advertisement. The cleaning crew left a dirty towel on our desk which we kicked to the floor. We also lost hot water on the 2nd day of our stay which took several calls to resolve. The hotel also offered 15% all food but they would conveniently forget it in his bill unless they were reminded. I’ve stayed at other Crowne Plazas and this one was a very subpar experience. This was a below average experience for the price and I hope this hotel can do better for guests in the future.

The property’s decoration was amazing and my room simply perfect

Crown Plaza is a place where a guest feels pampered and welcomed . The property’s decoration was amazing and my room simply perfect and quiet. We were given all possible support by Bhagwan from House Keeping department. We tried both the restaurant and food and service were superb during my stay ……..Chef Roshan, Jeetu , Aayush ,Sahil were really very quick ,served well and helpful. Breakfast was also full of choice and treats. The reception was lovely and very good hospitality by Monisha and Shruti all the time . Checking out was absolutely smooth , Abhineet Chandra was very efficient and charming . While checking out the manager handed over a beautiful jute bag as souvenir from hotel . I liked her genuine interest and friendly and extremely polite staff . Thank you Crown Plaza staff members for making our stay such a memorable experience.

I love the location of the hotel especially the room with the Yamuna river view.

I like the cooperative behaviour of the front desk staff especially Mr. Vipin Kumar. He has arranged and provided the room as per my choice. I really like the hospitality of the staff.

The dinner menu was lacking the seafood but the other dishes were sumptuous.
