Empfehlenswertes Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt

Super Lage in der Fußgängerzone, Sehenswürdigkeiten alle fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Die sehr zentrale Lage ermöglicht mir, das Architekturbüro ASTOC in einer Minute zu erreichen.

Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück - gut gerüstet für meinen Arbeitstag Die Lage mitten in Karlsruhe war für mein Vorhaben bestens. Sehr angenehmes zuvorkommendes Personal - familiärer Eindruck

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen und werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder im Erbprinzenhof buchen.

Don’t go there!

Just don’t go there. It is located nearby the center, and that’s a good thing. But the boss and services are just awful. I had booked a single room for two nights, then asked for a double room because I wanted to use the bathtub. When coming back at night, I tried to use it and: -the water was cold; -it was coming out yellow and with some small stones; -the hair dryer was not working; -WiFi did not function. The day after I explained it to the owner and also showed pics and videos I took and she acted surprised or like I was lying. She also said I was supposed to call her immediately, but it was 3:00 in the morning, how could have I called her?! I kindly explained to her that I had moved to a bigger room in order to use the bathtub, which for one night was not possible, and she said that it could happen. What?! When paying, she just made a 12 euros reduction. Ailyn, the girl at the reception, was very kind, but surely I will never ever ever go back there again.

Reception was very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. Locate directly in the city centre - easy access to shopping and restaurants

The location is perfect, easy to get to from the main station and centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed

The shower was very small and I could hear the neighbors and cleaning staff in the morning even though they weren't being particularly loud. The walls are quite thin.

for one night at city center is ok, but if possible lower sesason time to get better price

location is very center and you will see many pubs, reastauants and bars

I think price of hotel was certainly higher than it used to be considering inflations as well as exhibition shows. I found many foreign visitors in city and heard there is international exhibitions, so probably that is why all hotels in karlsruhe is far more expensive this period. So considering this special price, room is way too small like budget hotel and breakfast is very basic but if out of peak season maybe price can be lower and reasonable for quality of hotel. room is very small but it is renovated with nice decoration so I do not want to complain but it was relative feeling based on high price which cost almost 100euro but it seems all same for other hotels in karlsruhe with inflations reception lady was friendly and polite so I would say service is nice just pity that I could not get iron which I asked before arrival and got confirmation. certainly reception lady apologize and it seems not her fault but in the end, could not use iron for my shirts ,so I could not give a good score but still I would say reception lady was friendly and polite.

Good for the price

The location was great, the room was clean and the staff was nice!

Well, the cleaning lady entered my room at 8:13AM when I was still sleeping, therefore waking me up 😐 Also, the cleaning started around 8AM, and was quite noisy.

No cribs about this hotel

Very nice room and facilities, friendly pleasant staff.

There was no crib available, despite my booking for an adult and 2 children (11 and 2 years old). So we tried sharing a twin bed between the three of us and consequently none of us had a good night's sleep. We slept late and missed breakfast.

All in all pleasant with room for improvement as far as the condition of the hotel room is concerned

Perfect quiet location in the center, extremely friendly staff.

Room looked worn, old fashioned and not to up to date standard. Usual door keys with no use of key cards, floor boards with gaps, heater cover damaged, no view to the outside.

Great location and safe car parking. Walk Directly into the city and to the castle. Great for a turn over when traveing further.

Superb

The location was perfect for me - a short walk to the natural history museum. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was truly exceptional; don't know how they do it for the price. Parking in the underground carpark was safe - once you'd worked out how to get there. A very pleasant experience that I would recommend to anyone.

No complaints at all.
