Wonderful views and comfy bed, will definitely stay here again.

Great view of the waterfront and a very comfortable bed.

Really good value waterfront unit on the gold coast

Views were amazing. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything you could need if you wanted to cook.

Second room had two singles. Not as good for two couples as two double beds.

Pleasent.

Upgraded to Penthouse - very nice view and layout (except for the noisy hum from machines on the roof). Staff are very friendly. Location is remote from Surfers Paradise so less noise etc. If you were visiting from overseas (or without a vehicle) it might be a bit remote - there is however a bus stop right outside the property that will take you into Surfers.

Great location and views, nice spacious size for a family!

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, 2 x bathrooms, and laundry. Great views of the waterways and mountains. Apartment was clean and tidy but due for an update renovation.

Pool was closed due to construction but we could use the pool next door. NO WIFI in rooms! For the money we spent there should be wifi!

We really enjoyed our stay and May come back some other time.

Very nice view of the water, enjoyable sights and movements of various activities while watching over the balcony.

It’s just the bathrooms have no exhaust fans or windows to eliminate the odours or moisture especially after showering.

I guess overall it was a good stay.

Staff were friendly. Parking was good. Location was OK.

Some of the facilities were not working properly. The celling fans had very little power.

A real gem in the Gold Coast

From easy checking in thru out our 3 night stay everything was fantastic. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Will definitely return next time we visit Gold Coast.

Just what we needed

It was a balance between the airport and the theme parks. Accessible and quiet. Fully equipped kitchen and large living space

My shower was low pressure but it was super hot.(the other room my sister said their shower was fine).

The view was spectacular!

The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens were not clean, chipped plates and cups. Showers were filthy and looked like they've never been cleaned, with someone's make-up smudged on the tiles still. Main bedroom ensuite cup for toothbrushes still had used toothpaste in the bottom of it. I know it's a tall building but the windows have never ever been cleaned and for a pretty spectacular view it would of been nice to see it properly.

Fantastic accommodation in a great spot

Great accommodation with so much room for a whole family. We were in the 3 bed penthouse and was a fantastic room. 3 bathrooms was awesome too as meant each room could essentially have their own ensuite. Air conditioners in all rooms was excellent. Lots of room to move and spread out and fabulous views. Everything we needed for our stay and a lovely quiet location within walking distance to cafes and parklands etc.

The floor needs a bit more mopping, but otherwise the place was great and nothing negative.

Excellent location closer to our extended family. Generous sized apartment to accommodate three adults and our guests including others starting in the complex.

Despite the following we would very gladly stay again. It is out intention to return on our next Gold Coast holiday as the benefits of this accommodation outweigh any concerns. As a fair representation this is what we found: It is an older property and some areas are dated. However, this was 100% acceptable to us and we would gladly return. The apartment was quite dusty on our arrival and the cleaning standard was less than ideal. For example ornaments in the bedroom, window sills. We wondered if the existing staff were quite pressured as they were gracious, friendly, courteous and efficient. A toilet seat in the main bathroom was unable to be secured and this resulted in difficulty for an older member of the family. When trying to tighten the seat fitting a screw broke. This was remedied by the manager immediately. However the replacement screw still did not prevent the toilet seat from swiveling during use. Younger or more mobile people may not notice this.

Great location and fantastic for family holiday

The location is fantastic and the view is amazing from balcony. It is easy to drive around and only takes around 15mins to get to surfers paradise.

Nothing really. There is no free WIFI in the room however U can rent WIFI box for very small costs. It costs us $10 for 4 days.
