In general fine but for guests with pets it’s like guilty

Nice place

The smelling in the room, it was pet friendly room but there is smell after the other dogs which stayed in this room before. Our tiny York was shocked because always shampooing

Satisfactory, we visit the hotel in the absence of a better one in the town.

The location(in the park)

Too small room and a bathroom. A shower cabin would have been much more comfortable rather than the bath tube. The floor was always wet thus slippery. My son fell in the bathroom and bruised his leg.

Nice hotel, but would need little bit more care

The room and its equipment. Restaurant in the garden. Parking place.

Breakfasts - very poor assortment. Almost no vegetables, missing ketchup, mustard... Just 3 cheeses and 4 salamis and that's it. First day I came at 9.45 and there were no eggs (fried or scrambled) - I asked the waiter to bring some - he said yes, but did not appear anymore. A la carte dinners - nice choice of different meals, salads of average taste, beef steak quite tasty, but side dish (potatoes) cold. Little bit more care and fine tuning would shift the quality to completely different level.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. The room I stayed in was clean and cozy, it had all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was ideal for me as it was situated in the park. Good Wi-Fi, free parking.

The bed was good if you like a bit harder mattress, it was clean, nice toiletries. Very nice that it's almost in the mountain, you're surrounded by nature and nice air. Decent breakfast. Overall not a bad place, we might visit again.

The mattress protector is nylon and makes you sweat, it should be changed with something more breathable, not enough space in the double rooms for a third bed (and they do put one in so it becomes really crowded). No room to hang the towels. And the reastaurant menu seems great, the products also seem good but the overall meal has no seasoning and in the end is not very delicious, even if it seems they tried a lot.

Nice hotel in Pleven

•Great value for money: cheap stay in a cosy hotel. •Lovely view as location of the hotel is in a park. •Clean room. Comfortable beds. Lovely staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. •There is a nice bar in a cave right behind the hotel.

•The hotel has its own restaurant which is great but we weren't necessarily very fond of the food we had. Our waiter was excellent though. •No kettle in the room to make a tea. •The room was sightly too hot- had to sleep with the window open in the winter time.

That the mini bar from the room was empty and just had two bottles of water. Also, i didn't like the fact that for a visitor who would have stayed less than 1hr, they requested ID.

The location! Kaylaka is an amazing piece of the Nature!

The staff needs better training. No shower curtain in the room, which was causing the water to flood on the floor ... They still are using keys for the room's door. No smart TV

The location in the park was a cute spot. The sauna in the room was neat and the beds were comfy! The breakfast in the morning was amazing.

It was ok. Nice stay! A large park is near and also a small zoo.

No window protection for insects. In the night we stayed there was an event (I think a wedding) and the restaurant staff was distracted. We ordered two desserts, but we got only one.
