Very clean and nice.
Nothing.

Very clean room with comfortable bed and nice balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, though no variation from day to day.
Family owned, and the mom was very curt and somewhat unfriendly- while I was checking in, she brushed me off and refused to answer any questions since she was very busy cooking. I didn't interact with her after that in the five days that I stayed. From town it's about a 15 minute walk up a large hill to the hotel- this may be an issue if you do not have a car. After four nights here, I moved to a hotel in Selva where I much enjoyed the friendly owners and less steep walk into town.

Amazing view of the town from the balcony, the room was a great size, shower after a long day of hiking was powerful and modern. The room was always kept clean! Great Continental breakfast also. We love the free access to Dolomites Mar, 1 week free bus pass and Val Gardena Active perks etc. The staff were friendly and greeted us when we bumped into them in the town.
Not particularly, not like, but the location of the hotel is on a hill and can be a little tiring going up and down.

great view, good breakfast, free bus tickets and pool tickets

great stay, good host, parking, nice and clean place to stay, not in city center but little up in the hills 10 min by foot

Very clean and new. We enjoy fantastic view of the villa. Great hospitality staff. We will come back.

Very nice place for a short stay. we had a room with a balcony and 2 helper beds in addition to the main bed. Room was decently sized however there was only one chair to sit on. Linens and pillows were comfortable.
Hostess could have been a bit more helpful and welcoming. Guests are not allowed to use the automatic coffee machine prior to 7:30 AM. Breakfast was the same options for the 3 days were were there, a mix would be appreciated. even though its a ski-in ski-out walk to town is a steep hill. host suggested a short cut however if your not fit, the walk is challenging and it still takes 10min up hill to get to the house. drive to the house had a very sharp turn that required manuvering backwards to make the turn

Very clean and well maintained. Close to the town centre. Scrumptious breakfast too. Worth the price.

The cleaner. She was helpful and friendly and despite being under extreme work pressure always met us with a warm and friendly smile.
Entire payment taken 9 months in advance with no response to request for a rebate. We have been visiting Ortizei for many years and hosts always take a maximum of 30 per cent in advance and the balance once we are there. The tiny unit was overpriced compared to others of much finer quality and comfort and the location and facilities were misrepresented on the home page. To say that the boiled eggs were rock hard is an understatement. A simple cup of coffee was out of the question after breakfast even though we were prepared to pay for it and no kettle to make your own. We were forced, despite injuries which precluded skiing, which was the sole purpose of the vacation, to climb up and down a very steep 500m slope simply to get something to drink in town. A backpacking facility would probably have been more user friendly, particularly when foreign guests flying some 16 hours and who were rendered unable to ski find themselves forced to stay on because the full fee had been taken several months in advance. The purpose of providing credit card details, even if the fee is not refundable is to secure the accommodation, not to be taken in full 9 months in advance without the courtesy of an explanation for this unheard of policy.

There was a great view from the room but on the downside- it was far up on the mountain and away from the city center
The balcony was nice
Breakfast was good with a variety of options
The staff was nice ant helpful
A little far away from the city center so we had to take the car with us (or take the long climb back to the room on the mountain)

we need to walk up and down hill to city

Great views and friendly staff
A little to easy to hear your neighbors

Friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we had all the accommodations we needed, beautiful rustic room, great views of Ortisei below, and a tasty complementary breakfast
The only complaint I have is the hotel's elevation and location up above the town. While I'm sure it's not a problem if you have a car, it was a little bit of a hike to return on foot with my friends after exploring some of the nearby mountains

comfortable. stunning views. excellent breakfast
all perfect!
4.5
Quietly located on a side of the hill, outside the main town area but still close enough to walk to the main town centre of Ortisei. I was lucky to have a corner room where we could watch the sunset and cable cars from our window/balcony. The room was big, bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good spread to fill you up as you go out for your adventures later.
Do be prepared to take a slightly steep walk up and down the hill to get from the accoms to town (about 10 mins). If you dont drive, there is a bus that stops nearby but do check the schedule as it is infrequent

The view is beautiful, the breakfast was excellent. we had a great time!
The road to the hotel is a bit bumpy.
