Great location close to Noosaville shops and restaurants. Very quiet and well maintained areas. Locked gate to carpark. Large and airy apartment.
The bed and blankets. Needs a doona instead especially in winter.
9.0
Spacious apartment, well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery
Noisy near the road at times. Some minor issues with cleanliness and several non-functioning bulbs; small niggles only.

Location (quiet), pool area surrounded by greenery. Good value.

It was as described. The grandchildren enjoyed the spa and pool. The adults enjoyed the outdoor eating areas (and the easy to use BBQ).
The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a good holiday.
As a Christian, I was a little disconcerted to see a bhuddist type statue in the garden surrounding the pool.

we have stayed here several times and like where it is located.
the unit was not clean. dust and insects. throw pillows had stains, sheets had black marks on them. towel rail and hook coming off wall.

Verano "Resort" is not a resort. It is a complex of Un-serviced apartments. That are all different because they are individually owned.
So you don't know what you're going to get when you book in. It's a bit of a lucky dip, depending on how well the owner has looked after the place.
If you want a towel to use their pool, you need to pay extra for that. If you want fresh towels you need to pay extra, or wash and dry your own towels.
In to apartment you get enough detergent to do a dish washer load or 2, after that you need to purchase your own supplies.
When I stated to staff that this isn't how a "Resort" works, I was told that it's not a resort, I question the name being "Verano Resort" and I was told, that "That's just the name, and it's been like that for 20 years."
Very disappointed in what felt like deceptive marketing. I believe the staff are aware of the deception and really don't care. They are there to take your money and not provide a good service.

location is good, and the 2 bedroom apartment has a good layout.

Plenty of space, clean and well furnished.
The bathroom was too small and cramped and did not suit the rest of the apartment which was otherwise spacious and comfortable.

Verano has some nice cafes and restaurants near by that are located by the river. There is a beautiful organic store near by that is a short walk from the resort. The pool area was nice and relaxing and has a spa attached to the pool which was lovely to sit in on the evenings. The staff are really lovely and welcoming.
The accomodation was spacious but does not look like the room in the pictures advertised (Im guessing they photograph the best room). I was a little taken back that we had to hire pool towels, when they have the facilities I would have thought a pool towel would be complimentary and not $10 per towel. On our first day I had to go to the reception for toilet paper as we did not have any in our room and was told it is $1 per roll of toilet paper. The apartment felt like a step up from a hostel. The bed was on wheels so when my partner or I would roll in our sleep or get in and out of bed the bed would slide across the floor boards. Overall, it was a nice budget accommodation but definitely not in a resort bracket, more so a motel.

Great location in Noosaville, walking distance to the river and ferry and the bus stop 500m away on side street that takes you to Hastings Street. Bonus is the bus was free while we were there. Lovely spacious two bed apartment with spacious balcony overlooking the pool area. Also great artwork on the walls of the apartment and fabulous big couch to relax on.
Two single beds in one of the rooms … would be good if these could be easily moved together if a couple was staying. Pump soap in the bathrooms would be nice rather than a small cake with nowhere to put it. Minor whinge is also the shower could have been cleaner.

the location and amenities were fantastic. the staff were helpful. the pool was lovely as was the bbq area. I loved looking out over the balcony onto the pool area and wonderful landscaping. the property is also conveniently situated between 2 roads making it easy to access Gympie Terrace.
we stayed on a level 1 apartment and could always hear loud footsteps from the apartment above. In addition, the beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable for my entire family. This resulted in my not being able to sleep for the final few days, constant back pain and discomfort, and finally needing to book in for physio on my return (which is an extremely rare occurrence). Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. if you could change out the beds and pillows, I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Great location.
It could be cleaner. Very dusty louvre doors in main bedroom. Not enough kitchen cooking equipment for a family of 4.

Great location, family friendly, very clean.
could do with more basics such as salt, pepper, oil, bottle opener

Close to the boats that get you into Hastings St. Much more fun than a taxi and only slightly more expensive. Spa was amazing. Room was really pleasant, fresh and open.
No elevators.

Very comfortable and very welcoming - organised on arrival with keys and covering g letter addressed to us. Not far from the restaurants in Gympie Street, a good pool and lovely people that manage the group. The good thing with apartments is that there is a washing machine, dryer and all the items you need to cook and wash with.
Three flights upstairs and had to drag our bags up many flight off stairs which is difficult after driving several hours and the back down again when we leave.

Very clean great location well appointed apartment for short stays also great parking easy access to beach front restaurants and activities.
The bed was not great only a double needed a mat underneath to stop moving around. Also needs a doona or extra blankets not AC in the bedroom only in the lounge/dining area.

Comfortable and affordable
Ensuite toilet seat wasn’t aligned with base
Shower showing age but otherwise good
