Stair workout

Conveniently located near the beach, the town centre and ferry terminals.

The garage door could not be opened. The living area was up one flight and the sleeping and bathroom facilities were up another flight of stairs.

Comfort, Nice Location, Good facility. They have Tennis court, that’s cool.

Heated pools should have been more warmer. 29 degree was cold.

Beautiful spacious apartment close to the beach

The apartment was spacious, tidy and well equipped with everything we needed, excellent appliances and comfortable furniture. Location close to the beach and shops was excellent.

Wonderful place to stay - great views with great beach access.

Staff were so incredibly lovely! Such a nice way to start our break. Very welcoming and accommodating. Gave great advice for things to do in the area, too. Room was amazing, with beautiful views, well appointed, and comfortable. Extremely quiet and made our stay very relaxing!

The Apartment was clean.

We unfortunately didn't realise their were stairs in the Apartment. We were booked into a 3 storey one with so many stairs. We tried to get a 2 storey Apartment, but the Receptionist said they were fully booked.

great location, central to everything and best location to enjoy the lost springs! property large in size with privacy and a view of the water from my bed! staff were super friendly and accommodating, can’t wait to book the next trip back

The perfect spacious central place to stay right by the beach.

The location was perfect. Walk into town for dinner, across the road from the beach and backs on to the lost springs. Staff were friendly. Easy parking.

Comfortable modern apartment, not far from Hot Water Beach & Cathedral Cove.

We were happily accommodated for arriving after their check-in time - a key was left out for us. 3 bed apartment has lots of room, large kitchen & dining area plus lounge room, to spread out & be comfortable.

Moulded plastic shower noisy: the water falling on the plastic was loud enough to wake me in the adjoining bedroom. This, along with the plastic wall covering around bath, is a cheap finish to an otherwise nicely furbished apartment. Bit of a hike up two steep staircases to bedrooms & bathroom.

Location was rather central to everything, nice resort complex feel.

Extremely uncomfortable bed so low to the ground with a thin mattress, some used tissues had obviously been over looked on this occasion under the bed from previous guests on the cleaners part.

Spacious, central and very relaxing apartment stay.

The very spacious, tidy apartment is central to everything. The town center, beach, hot springs are all with in a few minutes walking distance. It feels like a home away from home.

The Dining table had some sticky residue on it but this can be easily cleaned and did not ruin our experience at all.

Good location, beware of hidden fees.

Good location.

Had to pay additional fee of $50 for late checkout, after I got an email confirming there would be no late checkout fee. Dishes, Cutlery, Pots & Pans were a bit dirty, had to clean them before using. There was mould on the wooden spoons and in the kettle. Neighbours were noisy and loud until around 5am. So we didn't sleep very well.

very big space. we were upgraded to 3 bed rooms with 3 levels.

Maybe they should include the chopping board.
