Nice enough stay ended up using the beach most days as pool not enough beds and no umbrellas at all can do with table &a

Great location but on a slope not good for people with mobility issues

Clean enough needs a bit of TLC and also a welcome book would be a good idea with Wi-Fi password etc and maybe local information about when the local shops are open

We loved Lido apartments and can't wait to go back in November.its has everything you could possibly need and so much more.the host was great at giving us all the information we needed to get into our apartment 10A when we arrived the views we had were breathtaking and as we entered our apartment it was clear the place is kept to the highest of standards very fresh modern and clean.it was fully equipped with everything you need washing machine, dishwasher,a brilliant shower.both bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors onto the biggest veranda with comfortable outside furniture.when I say the views we're amazing I mean it I could have sat and looked at that for hours a day.both swimming pools were a treat not cold and whole area lovely and peaceful again while taking in them beautiful views.we also enjoyed the private access to the beach for a dip in the sea.Lido is definitely our new favourite place to stay!

We had a great time,

Everything from booking to arrival-we had stayed a few times before but we still get a buzz knowing how good the facilities are and the view overlooking the beach.

Pretty much everything was great...lovely clean modern apartment and the best sea and mountain view in Benidorm..

No toilet facilities at the pool area..also October onwards very little sun on the terrace areas until much later in the day...but the beach is 3 mins away...

The walk up to it not ideal for elderly people known as cardiac Hill...but if uhave a mobility scooter no problem getting up the hill

Superb

The apartment was very clean and well presented. Also the views from the apartment were amazing. There was everything we needed while we were staying there. The owner was very kind and helpful when we arrived. I would definitely recommend the property to other people.

I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail regarding where to pick the keys up and did not have a contact number for any queries. I was quite worried, but everything turned out ok. I had to go to the hotel next to the apartments for help to contact the owner.

Great stay, breathtaking view

Absolutely excellent location overlooking Benidorm, amazing views both in the day and at night. Nice size balcony and rooms. Pretty well equipped (aircon, washing machine, dishwasher) and clean. The host was very nice.

The car lift is very narrow for modern cars and wants to close quickly. Parking should be included at this price point. The mattress should be replaced as there is considerable dipping from use. The wifi had some issues in the beginning but got noticeably better after a couple of days.

spotlessly clean, excellent janitor who takes pride in his work and breathtaking views.

communal holidaying is only 1 badly behaved family away from disaster. unfortunately there was a large, unruly family that seemed to think they owned both pools

We really enjoyed it here. Having a washer and a swimming pool, were definite pluses. We’ll be back for sure!!

Very clean and good communication with staff. The view is AMAZING!

If I had to say something it would be the funky car elevator to the parking floor. But…I do like that you need a key to access the parking lot, so it’s super secure.

The apartment was excellent and very secure but location was definitely a issue if you would have difficulty having to g

the apartment was really clean and had everything needed for a self catering holiday. The apartment was also in a secure building.

The position of the property was misleading on the website. it suggest that the apartment was on the sea front. the view from the apartment was beautiful and did look over levante beach, but to access the building it was at the top of a steep hill which as we were older caused us some problems everyday especially on arrival and leaving with cases. As the apartment was in a residential block there was no umbrellas and very few sun beds round the pool also no toilet facilities, you had to return to your apartment. This resulted in a daily cost of 18euros to sunbath on the beach a cost we didn’t expect to have to pay.

one of the air conditioning units didn't work, we called the concierge who arranged for it to be fixed but it still wasn't working at the end of our stay (8 days)

Best appartments I’ve stayed at in Benidorm! The veiw is amazing! Has everything you need , even a hairdryer. We will definitely be staying again.

We loved every minute of our week's stay. Benidorm was a very pleasant surprise. Friendly locals.

We arrived a little early so Ivan took our case and put it in our room and gave us our keys with an explanation of the apartment. He was fantastic so pleasant and nice. Beautiful apartment. Everything was super clean and well cared for. There was nothing we needed as we had a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, numerous pots pans, glasses and crockery. Outdoor table and chairs. 11th floor, separate bedroom, views amazing over the bay and out to sea. Saw a pod of dolphins in the bay feeding. Quiet at night as it was at the end of Levante beach. Plenty of walking along beaches and old town. Pinchos amazing. Turn right out of the apartment and walk along the coast to a couple of lovely bays and up the hill to the cross and mediaeval tower. It's a national park and beautiful and peaceful. The wild flowers were so pretty. Something for everyone. Loved it!

Nothing! Everything was perfect. There are plenty of taxis. You can easily book through booking.com app to order a taxi. You can go to the Old Town easily.

perfect, comfortable stay.

perfect location, very clean and furnished with everything you need. very quiet ideal balconies to watch all that is happening on the beach and the bars no hassle check in and departure U.K. TV channels available and also free film channel. we have used this property previously and would definitely use again

in our apartment the only thing we would suggest is an upgraded shower head. although water was lovely and hot the spray was poor.

Spacious well equipped apartment with fantastic views and a short walk to the beach

I have stayed here several times so may be biased. I am hard to please but this is a lovely apartment, clean, spacious fully equipped and warm with fantastic views. It was also lovely to see Ivan, the manager again who is a genuine nice person and very attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure you can enjoy the apartment and have a nice holiday.

All good. There was nothing I didn’t like. My comments above say it all.
