Fantastic hotel

Second time staying here, very clean, comfy rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Food amazing and fairly priced. I travel a lot for work and this place is definitely one of my favourite hotels to stay in. Will be back.

The chalets were very comfortable and didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel...much more homely feeling....the breakfast was first class and service excellent

Great room but reception needs work.

Room was nice and the hotel was where my buddy was having his wedding so I guess it was the perfect location. Get drunk and walk across the parking lot to your room.

Staff was never at the reception desk. There was a sign to knock on a door to get help, but even right at checkout time when you would expect someone to be at the desk to help people check out there was nobody to be found. Sometimes you had to knock a few times to get anybody to answer. Very inconvenient.

Was a lovely wedding.

I was there for a wedding, it was a lovely day.

The room was tiny and our room was at the kitchen and very noisy.

Great friendly staff. Top notch dinner. Breakfast was very good. Best omelette in a long time.

Good value, great team, lovely food

The team are fantastic, this was our 3rd stay and each time the teams from reception, to the bar team and restaurant have always been brilliant.

Nothing to call out that should put you off staying here, the room we had for this visit had a very noisy router or some other device that did disturb our sleep, otherwise another really good stay

Because of potential dangers re.bath I consider my stay disappointing,

Location, cleanliness, room, all comfortable and to a high standard, apart from bathroom safety

Bathroom: bath devoid of safety supports - no hand assistance or supports meant that access in or out of bath was too dangerous to use shower. Base of bath seemed smooth and slippery. No rubber mat for bath was available after enquiring at reception.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Uncomfortable cheap bed . No mattress protector. Tiny shower, carpets need shampooed. Poor view of the car park.

Had a very good time at the hotel.

Excellent food, our only issue was that the breakfast was too large to finish, a rare fault in a hotel! The staff were so helpful with everything.

No complaint from our stay.
