The amenities, the beautiful beach, the extremely helpful staff.
I would have wanted the rooms to be more plush, though they were okay.

We loved the place and also the staff are so nice from front desk to the restaurant and room service staff.
5.0
we love the foods served at breakfast, clean rooms, and the beach
1. the hotel bar at the lobby, their drinks are very limited, plus it closes early.
2. only 2 people can stay in one room, max is 4, but still you need to pay 2k+/pax for the additional 2 lol. Imagine having a big room with 2 queen beds and only 2 can stay. Ridiculous!

Everything is worth the pay!
The room service department was great at delivering services during my first few requests, but they did not deliver when I requested for some kitchen utensils. They said yes, but no one came.

great location. clean.
noisy.

The staff are very friendly and hard working.
The beach is nice.
The food and activities are expensive. And you don’t really have much of a choice since you have to travel for 30-40 min to get to any option. The portions are small and very basic. The breakfast buffet is lacking choice, I’ve seen better buffets at completely ordinary 3 star hotels.
The rooms are not clean and smell musky. The bathroom was very disgusting with lots of hair on the floor. There is no water in the room you have to collect it yourself by the elevator.

Very attentive staff and quick witted - they are the best part of this hotel.
Hope the buffet breakfast had a bacon & dried fish. All other food selections are okay though!

Breakfast was targetted at Filipino travellers....
Service was excellent .... staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
Lagoa Restauraunt and the Reef Bar are good locations for food and a chilled out evening

The staff were great, warm and gave good service. The place was well-kept and clean. I liked how they have well-thought out sustainable practices.
The breakfast coffee wasn't that well-made, which is kind of a let-down since the area is known for its barako/Liberica coffee.

The place was beautiful. The hotel had clean amenities and very accomodating & friendly staff. Going around the area & the beach via shuttle was very convenient. Discovered too that they had a pharmacy & nurse on call, and she came quickly which we really appreciated. The free breakfast was good too. But the food at Pico restaurant can be further improved -- Overall a good place to hang out with your family.

We were caught in a
tropical storm when we went, and there were tons of things to do indoors.

It’s exclusive and very private. Not crowded. Just what we were looking for.
