It's a nice, clean, modern apartment with good working airconditing. The view is beautiful! From the livingroom you look at the old town and 'rock' of Cefalù.
Livingroom is spacious with a comfortable sofabed.
Elisabetta was our host and she showed us the apartment and reccomended a nice restaurant in Cefalù (Tinchitè). She was very helpful and arranged quickly for extra towels when we requested them. She also informed us about the various supermarkets in the area.
There's a good size fridge to store drinks and food.
The swimming pool is very nice and there are enough sunbeds and parasols.
It's a small scale structure that looks well maintained.
We would definitely come back!
There are just a few small things that good be better. The shower is not very large (I am ;-), but it is OK.
There's enough kitchen equipment, but that is inside the apartment, while the kooking area is outside on the terrace. As we stayed just a few days, we didn't cook, so it wasn't an issue for us. At Gourmet Deco Supermarket you can find fresh meals that only need to be heated and they are great! Very tastfull and economic. The oven in the apartment was fine for heating the meal.

A fantastic place for families as well as couples. Lovely quiet location, beautiful gardens and pool. The apartments are well kitted out and very comfortable. We hired a car as the walk to Cefalu would be a little far for our kids aged 6 and 10, especially in the Summer heat. Elisabetta was very helpful with getting us settled in. We will be back.
Only tiny thing that would be useful would be a slightly bigger freezer section in the fridge for ice etc. Other than that everything was perfect.

A wonderful place! We felt there like in the village. Quiet, with amazing garden, with swimming pool and paddling pool. Apartment was clean, big, comfortable. Kitchen on the terrace was great experience - we prepared breakfast and ate it outside. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for something to relax.
The road from the apartment to centre of Cefalu was almost all without pedestrian path. If you travel with baby or stroller (like us) it can be a bit uncomfortable and dangerous, especially during nights.

Super cosy and comfortable apartment and overall surroundings - the garden, the swimming pool, etc. Even though the room itself is not very big, but two terraces (including open-air kitchen) makes it comfortable and not too crowded. The location is not very central, and you have to walk for a bit to reach an old town, restaurant etc., but the sea and good supermarket are very close, so the place is really perfect for calm, relaxed vacation. Would love to come back!
The only bad thing I could say about this place is that two of three mornings of our stay the electricity was off in the apartment for more than an hour (after asking the host about it, we were informed that it was some kind of public work or smth, so maybe it's not their fault, however, it would be good to know about stuff like this in advance, since the last morning we had to leave for the airport, and with no possibility to fully charge our phones or drink some coffee).

it was a really nice and quiet place. the apartment had everything we needed and we loved the outdoor cooking area.
The pool was nice and the walk to a georgeous beach was 800m.
grocery shopping just around the corner and lots of good restaurants in town.
we would definitely come back

Lovely setting. Very peaceful and safe.. Very clean. Had a washing machine you can use. Pool was spotless
Very small fridge and door compartments didn't work, so milk, water, etc were all on the shelves.. . We only had downstairs part and so had no drawers in the living room for clothes for people sleeping there..

Beautiful place, everything was great. Happy to come back again next year!

Very good price quality stay. Really nice and beautiful village at the entrance of Cefalú. The location is actually perfect, because is ouside the confusion and only 15/20min walk to the center and 10min walk from the beach! The room had everything we could need and an amazing view to the famous Cefalú Rocca. Free parking is also a huge plus! The staff was very nice and always available to help. I definitely recommend!
The only little thing was regarding the bathroom which sometimes smelled a bit bad. But probably there was some issue with the pipes.

Fairly new apartments in attractive and very well maintained surroundings. Good views from upper apartment. Within relatively easy walking distance of beach and town and close to Conad supermarket. Good pool.
Dreadful access onto the main road, especially when turning right into town. Air conditioning not working. Fridge a bit small. Availability of only one washing machine serving the whole complex.

Lovely quiet setting, amazing view of the town and a good sized pool. We liked the novelty of having an outdoor kitchen on the balcony!
It’s a 15/20 walk to town but don’t let that put you off. We didn’t have a car so got our shopping delivered from Deco Gourmet, there are also 2 supermarkets within walking distance.
No ice cube tray and I couldn’t find any at the supermarkets!

The apartment was stunning, clean, and well-equipped. The pool was great with a gorgeous view over Cefalù. We had a lovely and relaxing stay here.
Not to do with the lovely apartment, but the walk into town is not long (15-20 minutes) but doesn’t have pavement and could be difficult in the heat for some. Cefalù is worth the walk though!
Not enough sun beds for the pool - but most days we managed to get one!

great town, nice location and staff
better foot path to the town, drinks and snacks at the facility.

Lovely stay! Great pool, clean apartment, exactly as photographed and described. Elisabetta was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging us early check-in, plus letting us leave luggage and use the pool after check out.
Good baby facilities - high chair, cot and plastic bowls and cutlery.
Outdoor kitchen had everything we needed, including a small oven. A microwave might be a useful addition.
We had a great week, Cefalu is beautiful.
We didn't fancy the walk into town with the pram. It is over a railway and without pavement.
But with a car, it was a short drive, be wary of the narrow drive and entrance on the bend.

Absolutely beautiful views and lovely host. The pool is great and so are the outdoor kitchens. Loved it.
It would be great to have a vending machine to buy water, snacks and drinks! You can’t have the tap water in Cefalu.

-Excellent communication with host who contacted us prior to arrival and arranged to meet us at location. There is an office on location and staff there every day for questions, tips etc.
-Excellent location and facilities for travelling with a young child, our daughter (3y) had the best time ever.
-Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden & pool.
-5 min drive to the centre and beach of Cefalu (I recommend parking at 'Lungomare' beachfront for 1€/h - 5min walk to old town and parking spaces always available).
-Town would be approx. 15-20 walk away although we didn't risk it with 3y old in buggy as some stretches of road don't have path.

Great apartment with well equipped kitchenette, lovely pool with well maintained gardens, all family friendly. Wonderful views over Cefalu. A perfect base to relax and enjoy Cefalu beaches, Rocca and town (a 20minute walk into the town). Good communication re checkin and checkout.
Nothing.
One minor suggestion: to have a mirror in the bedroom, as only one in the bathroom.

no e pool and light and fresh accommodation
I get they could have had some small amenities like salt and olive oil where every place we stayed at in Italy gave us. it was quite sad that we had to buy a whole bag of salt and a bottle of olive oil it’s a simple thing to help guests.
the curtains were not dark enough every day we were waking up too early whereas in other places it was dark in the morning this is not so helpful as when Hubbard young children hat need to nap or you just want to sleep in and not wake at 6am in the morning

Great location within easy reach of the beautiful town and lovely beach. We loved our studio apartment with its large and very comfortable double bed and balcony. There is a nice big pool too with lovely views. Our host was very helpful.
Everything was fine

Place is just outside Cefalu and best advice is to walk to the city (20 min). It was nice to stay near very turistic area and in the same time have silence and space of this resort.

Very nice and well maintened area.

Friendly staff, lots of space, great pool, great views
Could have used more than one towel per person, pool towels, safer/easier access to town and the beach, more than one roll of toilet paper.

Beautiful clean apartment. Stunning gardens, well looked after. Pool beautiful.
Amazing outside kitchen. Very close to very good supermarket.
Cefalù is a stunning medieval fishing village, full of bars & restaurants.
Further out of town, than expected, with tricky walk into town (across a railway & pathless roads). Ended up taking taxis every time, which increased cost of holiday.
Would have liked at least one towel change over a weeks stay.
When we arrived, would have appreciated a sign to reception, felt rather stranded till I phoned the charming host.

The villa is lovely and spacious. They are split level but as there was 6 of us so we had both floors. Showers were amazing. Beds comfortable, air conditioning great. Plenty of appliances to use in outside kitchen.
Mosquitos!!! If you react take plenty of spray.
2 hot plates quiet difficult to cook on for 6 people so we had to use upstairs kitchen at same time.
TVs in each room but all different free view boxes with practically no English channels? Would have been nice to have had at least 1 or 2 channels to watch a movie on a cloudy/rainy day.
