Comfortable with breakfast included

Parking available, breakfast included. Room was clean and comfortable. Good place to spend the night before a flight without paying the sky high prices of Los Cabos.

The pool area could be much nicer, it was a bit shabby and not the cleanest.

well worth the price.

Not quite in downtown Cabo but easy to get there by foot (40 min walk) or cab. Hotel was peaceful and clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great and the roof pool though not huge was still lovely.

rooms were clean, view from pool deck was outstanding breakfast was ho hum. ate there maybe 5 times out of 10 days. bus

that it was away from the craziness of downtown

the lack of care around the pool deck. no cleaning up there of furniture or glass windows around deck. the roads outside are main highways and 6 lanes. some reviews said “costco is just across the road”. yes it is. and you better be in good condition as you must cross 6 lanes with small medians to wait for traffic the traffic moves very fast 65-80 mph. so take care.

Amazingly comfortable and quiet.

The location is great…away from the loud music and crowds…but an inexpensive Uber ride to all of the happenings.

The only thing is that the staff is the nicest and if you don’t speak their language, it may a challenge to communicate your needs…Google translate is a great app for communicating.

They could do better

Good location, you were close to the beach and it had few stores downstairs like a bistro cafe and an oxxo in case you needed anything else, since there are a couple of vending machines and you can only get breakfast winthin the hotel. Good pool at the top of the building with a nice view. Having a car will help due to the location of the hotel.

The building had lack of maintenance, AC and TV controls were broken, but still working though, it was a challenge to understand when the cleaning service was going to happen so they only cleaned the room 2 or of the 4 days I stayed and they will always forget something like an extra towel more shampoo and even to lock to the door after leaving!

Right across the street from Costco!! Great location to get to downtown Cabo! Nice restaurant next door. Covid Testing Trailer next to hotel. $25 for antigen test.

Great value but poor location

Great value and friendly staff

Location is not great. Not much in area and no nice walks nearby. Taxi from airport to hotel is around €65 to €80. Breakfast is very basic but fine.

good breakfast and kind people if you leave them tips

we did not get wash rags for two days. one day we only got one wash rag. floors are not swept daily and sand is on floor. between hotel and beach are very run down area and not pleasing to look at when at the pool. no direct access to beach from hotel

the pool area is not good at all. they need to invest in making that look nicer. also maybe put up a wall in the back so you don't see all the garbage in the back area
