Charme eines alten, aber gepflegten und familiären Landhauses. Nahe beim Meer. Schöner grosszügiger Balkon. Individuelle Betreuung. Kommen gerne wieder einmal.

Perfect location a short walk from the marina, two minute walk to the beach, and the room was amazing, very luxurious. The best part though was the host. A genuinely caring and interesting guy with plenty of knowledge of the area and stories about his life, I wish I made more time to just sit and talk with him.

We had the room with balcony and view of the crystal blue water of the Cote d'Azur. There is only a small street and the train line between the villa and the beach - an easy 3 min walk.
Spacious room, nice bathroom, and free parking on the street. 20 min walk into Cannes along the beach. We loved it
Nothing to complain

The location was good, and it was enjoyable to talk from the seaside.
The owner was a lovely person; it was nice to speak with him.
The room wasn't clean, extremely dusty even hair was on the floor.
There weren't mosquito nets on the windows, so we couldn't open the window and slept in a dusty, uncleaned room.
The bathroom was filthy. Hair on the sink, toilets were dirty.
Hygenien was overall bad.

A lovely stay and great location- near enough to walk to town but far away enough to enjoy the quiet and serene beauty of the Mediterranean! Paul was very helpful and made our stay easy and care free.

The view was spectacular….close to eating and the beach. We could walk to the city if we wanted as it was only a few miles and traffic was busy in the summer. Paul the host, was very helpful and informative about the area. Enjoyed our time here immensely!

The house is beautiful and located very close to the beach. If you have one of the top floor rooms, I'm sure you will have a wonderful view. The bus stop is located just 2 minutes from the house and several lines go to the city centre. You can also walk along the beach which is about 25 minutes. The location is pretty much what I expected from the description.
We were given a room in the basement which I didn't mind that much as we pretty much only were going to use the room for sleeping. However, the room was extremely humid. My friend was unable to sleep as she is allergic and had trouble even breathing. The bedsheets were cold and humid, my clothes even got humid during the stay. We had to open the window thus letting all the insects and mosquitos into the room but sleeping in that humidity was just not an option.
The first night we were awakened around 3 AM by what I can only assume were the host and his partner. They had a very long and loud argument, opening and closing doors, screaming at one point and laughing the next. One of them even grabbed the door knot and tried to walk into our room - luckily, I had locked it from inside. (I have no idea what they wanted at 3 AM in our room!!). Very disturbing. We thought it was a one-night thing but the arguing and loud talking was apparently a normal routine for them because it happened every night of our stay.
We shared a bathroom with the room next to us but the first night there was no one in that room so I can only assume that all the toiletries spread around the bathroom and the pair of used panties belonged to the host's partner. Open bottles of soap and creams everywhere, cotton pads with mascara on it thrown into the sink, used towels, etc. The woman actually apologized for the mess to my friend on the first day, but subsequently did nothing to clean it up.
Honestly, this was such an uncomfortable stay. I am sure if you had a top floor room the experience would have been completely different. You wouldn't have heard the load arguments from the basement in the middle of the night, you wouldn't have had to share the messy and dirty toilet, and most importantly you would not have had to sleep in a room where you felt you couldn´t breath.

This location was convenient to the public bus line at the top of the street and across the street from the beach. It was also an easy 15 minute walk to the center city area. Host was extremely helpful and it was a very pleasant place to stay and the location was great for this beautiful city.

Nothing, only the position is OK as close to the beach
Everything, but mostly the room (including the bathroom) was dirty. Not recommended at all

The host was very nice! And the place was extremely close to the beach <3
Cleanliness was an issue. There was a lot of dust in the room, the floor didn't seem to be mopped. We also had shared bathroom which wasn't cleaned throughout the week and the toilet paper was missing on regular basis.

Very welcoming and caring hosts. They took time to advise us on some restaurants and beautiful beaches near by. The Villa was very clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The property is just in front of the beach, perfect for summer ! We highly recommend.

Lovely rustic house, near beach. Nice family.
It would have been nice to have cups for tea in room or glass .. Felt like we were in someone's home. Sharing a toilet. Quite far from town not easy to get taxi home at night. Could have been cleaner.
