Muy bueno

El lugar tenia todo lo necesario para una estancia más larga, por desgracia nosotros solo estuvimos una noche, pero nos pareció espectacular en todos los sentidos, muy cómodo, fácil de exceso, las chicas que nos recibieron se comunicaron muy bien con nosotras aunque mi inglés era muy básico, nos pudimos entender bien. En temas de locomoción el metro quedaba muy cerca y conectaba a todos lados.

Solo un poco de iluminación en el camino al departamento, eso nos complico un poco pero nada que con la linterna de los celulares no pudiera arreglar

Good location with quick connection to the city center; friendly staff.

The apartment is close to the metro and located in a nice green area. There are two supermarkets nearby (10 minutes walk), so it's easy to buy everything for a living.

The room was a bit cold, and the neighbors were sometimes noisy.

Ключі від номера отримуємо на рецепції. Там же платимо міський збір. В номері були дві окремі спальні. Кондиціонери є у всіх кімнатах. Також працює і на обігрів. Ми попали в період коли опалення вже було вимкнене, а на вулиці було прохолодно. То вмикали кондиціонер на обігрів. Але одразу в усіх кімнатах не вмикайте бо вибиває автомати. В номері було все необхідне. Кухня обладнана всим необхідним. Телевізор без смарт ТВ.

Часто вибивали автомати. Телевізор без смарт тв , не має ні спецій, ні солі , ні цукру. Парковка поряд платна.

cialtroni e prepotenti pronti ad accoglierti

la Posizione vicino alla metropolitana Gambara

Il personale freddo e maleducato offensivo sopratutto un operatore della struttura aggressivo non hanno un deposito bagagli per consentire un temporaneo loro collocazione. Mi hanno ospitato 3 notti e ho pagato circa 180 euro ma al termine sono stato trattato come un cane da bastonare e buttare fuori solo perchè mi sono lamentato che per motivi di lavoro ho dovuto mettere i miei bagagli nel pianerottolo condominiali incustoditi perchè loro non li hanno voluto tenerli. Sopratutto un operatore patrick Michele al mio rientro per riprendere i bagagli mi ha trattato molto male alzandomi la voce con assenza di professionalità mi ha buttato fuori come un animale. è un posto da non andare io sconsiglio vivamente hanno poche utensili da cucina sopratutto assenza di una teglia per cucinare al forno nell'appartamento si sente il freddo perchè ci sono i caloriferi ma l'ariatore e non attivabile per assenza di telecomando. Telecomandi dei televisori mal funzionanti e pochissimi come già detto utensili da cucinare. Un ultima cosa si sono lamentati del mio rilascio tardivo del mono locale dopo che io abbia dichiarato di essere stato molto male con tosse e debolezza da non riuscire a stare in piedi ma loro durante la mattinata sono totalmente assenti puoi morire non si accorge nessuno perchè hanno la reception totalmente chiusa e non si è preoccupato nessuno. Meno male che non sono riuscito a prenotare per un altra notte molto fortunato in questo postaccio di deficienti e sono e ho preferito una stanza di albergo con il massimo della cortesia che un amministratore delegato di una societa merita hotel degli Arcimboldi non ci sono paragoni per 2 persone ho pagato di meno con una colazione plendida e del personale molto professionale non come questi cialtroni. io sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura se non volete a che fare in una vacanza con persone prepotenti e arroganti. e lo firmo pure e ci metto la mia faccia su quello che ho dichiarato. The apartment is in good reach of a metro station (Max. 5min on foot) and the metro (M1) connects to all the sights. The apartment was huge and accessible through lift (even though it’s tiny)

Towels were old and had holes in them. There could have been coffee or tea provided.

Emplacement idéal, grand appartement

Idéalement situé pour le métro (station Gambara) Pour la voiture parking juste à côté 6€/jour, vraiment le top. La personne qui remet les clefs était très accueillante. Commerce à proximité (la pizzeria du coin de la rue est superbe 🤩) Appartement grand bien adapté pour 5 personnes

Aucune isolation on avait l’impression de vivre chez les voisins (on entendait leur télé jusqu’à point d’heure…). La literie devrait être changée car inconfortable. Un micro-onde serait vraiment le bien venu et une cafetière électrique aussi 😉

Great stay in a quiet neighbourhood.

The flat had everything we needed, was very clean and well maintained.

It’s a little far away but easy to get there by train - the place was also in a residential block, so was not very obvious to find.

Heap for 5 and a quick overnite. Needs updating though

I'd recommend the booking site notes the strict check in time is before 2100. After that time it's not not possible to sleep there.

I feel robbed, I wouldn`t recommend this hotel , avoid staying there.

The stay was average, however the booking experience continues to be a nightmare. The hotel asked me to pay a deposit of 150 euro (in fact they made me pay 140 euro using my debit card) which were not paid back after more than one month from my stay there.

For only 1 night of accommodation I paid 80 euro (cost of the room) + 140 euro deposit. The deposit was not recovered, they say they cancelled the transaction, however the back showed me the proof they took the money.

Comfortable and reasonably priced.

Close to the Metro station, good for a one night stay. The lady at the reception was lovely and understanding.

Overgrown grass around the apartment complex makes it look quite shoddy. No salt, pepper, sugar and oil in the property was a let down as we had been staying in air bnb and expected somewhat the same from this apartment.

Good value of money, perfect for family

Stuff in reception was so friendly, also they told for some reason they changed apartment for us to a better. Also we live on a second floor, the apartment looks like in a photos in booking. Recommend !

Beds were comfortable. Apartment was big enough for 5 people

Maintenance work was carried out without letting us know so there were scaffolding in front of main windows hence blocking any views over garden.

The location is good, close to metro station

Asking for a deposit over the amount we agreed is somethong we've never seen before. Taking my personal bank card and !!!calling someone over the phone!!! to take the money from my account just so we could get the keys and go to sleep!!! We had to agree on that because it was late and we already gave them 1400 euros. WHAT A SCAM. Zero stars easily. I informed Booking about this, so we will se what happens in the end.

Big apartment, close to metro

It has only 1 bathroom and it can be problematic with 7 people in the apartment, especially in the morning and evening. After 3 persons showering we ran out of hot water. No heating in the night or reduced heating, pretty thin blanket, I was freezing last night of our stay. Broken bathroom door, broken toilet seat.

Key collection was the worst part , it shud be clear that if we dont get there before 9pm , there will be no key collection and no customer service , so u ll be on the streets.

Nice size room. Clean

Air conditioning in master room did not work. Complained and they all they said is 'yes we know about that' we stayed there because it was advertised as had ac. There aren't screens in windows so couldn't open cause there were lots of mosquitoes. Very disappointed.
