Super Lage, schönes Hotel, perfekt für eine Nacht wegen einer Fährüberfahrt

Die Lage ist direkt am Fähranleger, das Hotel schön gebaut

Etwas Laut am Abend, das Restaurant am Abend und besonders das Frühstück waren wir besser gewöhnt. Kein so guter Service

Ottimo per partenza alle gili

L’hotel è estremamente comodo per la partenza presto per le Gili il giorno successivo, prenotano loro i biglietti senza sovrapprezzo. È pulito e offre un ottimo servizio spa.

La colazione è un po’ scarna, ma prima di prendere la barca va bene. Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola con qualche macchia e hanno subito provveduto a cambiarle.

Great accomodation in a great location!

The property was very conveniently located near the port. Room was lovely and clean, staff especially reception were exceptionally helpful. Even an on site spa! Highly recommend.

Great hotel, good location

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. The location is very convenient, we were catching a boat, it was a short walk to the office of the company. The staff were all very nice and helpful. There is a very good restaurant in the hotel and the kitchen is open quite late, which was great for us because we arrived in the evening.

Best hotel in town

Large and clean hotel, probably the nicest hotel in town. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the food at the restaurant was fairly good. The best thing about this hotel is the location. We stayed here the night before catching the Ekajaya fast boat ferry to the Gili Islands. The Ekajaya office where you have to check in for the ferry, is a very short walk away, like 2 blocks. And the Ekajaya fast boat pier, is almost right in front of the hotel, so its the best place to stay if you are taking that boat. If you are taking any other ferry, it's a little more of a walk.

The only complaint we had was that the water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible. Very very low.

Great location with a great place to stop for the night before heading over to the Gillis.

Was hard to book a spot on the restaurant, just kept getting moved to one staff to the other. We got given a menu picked and then got told we don’t have it. Pool is nice but very small and chilly

convenient location but food is terrible

close to the ferry port, room was clean. we didn’t use the pools but they looked nice. easy walk to the martinis restaurant which was yummy.

breakfast was yucky, continental like an American motel. if you want to order something different because the pancakes are dry or the eggs are bland, too bad. you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit. but if you ask, you get a dirty look. the rest of the menu was also questionable. I found many places in Bali tried to serve western food, which is crazy because Indonesian cuisine is delicious.

Firstly the staff were beyond kind and polite, the pool and facilities were immaculate and they had a lovely restaurant with affordable meals

Excellent option for our quick overnight (a longer stay would also be very nice, we think!).

We stayed just one night on our way to Gili Air, arrived quite late (9.30 p.m.), but the staff did its best to ensure we could have a meal and a drink. Food was good, accommodation very nice, the grounds are well kept and pleasant. We appreciated being able to walk to the harbor to take our boat to Gili the next day.

No complaints, everything was very good.

Great stopover hotel before catching the fastboat to Lombok. Would come and stay a few days next trip.

Good for a day or two.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, food was good and the staff were lovely.

The room was small. The local dive sites were nothing special.

Exceptional

Helped us organise a late night transfer from the airport. Nice breakfast included and very well located for catching the ferry over to Gili islands. Great value for money and we don't dive but it looked like they had a great & popular set-up for diving.

food very average, limited options. A little bit overpriced for the location (there is nothing to do, apart from taking a boat to other islands)

Overall it was a good stay at a very good price.

Staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Very organised. The room and hotel were very clean. The location was great as we were going onto the gili islands so very close to the harbour and check in desk for the ferry. Breakfast was very good & a wide variety.

Food portion sizes in the restaurant were quiet small, especially for my partner. That is the only thing that we didn’t like.
