Location, comfort, hot shower, value for money
None really as I wasn't perturbed by the lack of a TV or wi-fi.

The staff were wonderful and the pub/bistro had a great vibe. I had great food and a pint, watched some rugby and relaxed. Staff was friendly and joking around, and overall made my time there great. The view from the deck is kinda nice, and there is a very large kid's play area. (I have no kids, but there were many families with their kids in this fenced-in lovely garden). There are some games like pool, darts, air hockey and some arcade games for the kids. The room had a well working aircon, a minibar, kettle and tea&coffee
The room I stayed in was not directly in the Inn, but in a separate building at the back. The light switch to the bathroom wasn't working, the mattress was clearly very old because it was saggy in some parts. It was clean, but it definitely needs maintenance. Sound insulation was quite bad as I could hear the convos of the people in the other rooms. In the morning as I tried to leave, I found myself stuck. Neither the key nor the lock on the door was working and I was locked in, so I had to lift & wiggle the glass sliding door while repeatedly trying different angles to get myself out.

Adorable historical hotel

The Location was good. It was close to the parks and all local amenities. We had no problem looking for food or drink as the inn itself provided it. The bed was comfortable.
There was no ventilation in the shower.

The location, the beds, the bedding
There were no chairs or a table inside, no wine glasses, no breakfast available.

The location is excellent, close to Wisemans ferry on the Hawkesbury River. The motel is part of the Wisemans Inn motel which is a very good pub, with an excellent bistro.
Unlike the Wisemans Inn Hotel itself, the motel section is terribly run down. My room hadn't been cleaned particularly well. The room is in dire need of renovation. There are cracks in the walls. The bathroom was particularly tired, with mould on the ceiling. There was no TV which, given the relatively high rate charged for the room, was an inexcusable omission.

Great location, attached pub was great, staff and food top notch for country style vibe. Fairly priced.
Cleanliness was terrible. Bathroom was filthy, hair and dirt on the walls and floor and old used soap still in the shower. The beds had hair throughout sheets, bottle caps and crumbs on floor from previous guests. Every surface was dusty to touch. The air conditioner was unable to be used due to the odour coming from it when running.

Wiseman’s Ferry is beautiful. Room was warm. Bar fridge available.
Room and bathroom are very old and run down. No decor. There were no items in the bar fridge or glassware to have a drink of water. Only towels given. No hand towel or face cloth. Check out was difficult as the bar didn’t open till 10am and there was nowhere else to drop off keys.

Loved the Museum above the Inn. The historical building was well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the start of the Convict Trail - enjoyed the walk.
The rooms were a bit dated. There was no breakfast served on the premises. Had to buy our breakfast elsewhere.

beautiful location amazing staff everyone was super friendly and accommodating.
the room while being super cheap we still expected some level of cleanliness. bedspreads had stains on them so my fiancé and I used spare blankets over the top of the bed and slept on that . floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed over the whole Xmas break . bathroom was dirty hair everywhere dirty hand prints on the mirror . over all wasn’t a pleasant experience
