Great house for the 11of us. Location was close to everything we wanted to do and the pool kept our four grandkids busy at the house

The house was clean, organized, and has a great layout for family ages 3 yrs to 75 yrs. Backyard is beautiful with lovely hydrangeas and lush grasses as a backdrop to beautiful saltwater pool that we enjoyed every day before and after trips to the beach. Great place! We were all very happy with our stay!!

Wonderful perfect home for a family reunion. A huge kitchen table for 15 people to share a family meal. Outdoor lounge chairs around the pool for everyone and two large outdoor tables by the warm 85 degree salt water pool. All the amenities and the owner was available within minutes for any concerns! We are coming back!!!

Our family stayed here for a week vacation- 9 adults and 4 kids ranging from 6 months to 4 years old. It was perfect! Enough room for all of us, the pool was a wonderful addition for days we didn't want to go to the beach. Great, quiet neighborhood with lots of options for stroller walks. Steve was very responsive and accommodative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

16 people in and out over the course of a week, and we all had a great time. Plenty of room for all to play games together, and a large enough to have your own private space. Pool and AC were a definite plus!

We loved this property so much after our 2022 stay that we booked summer of 2023 two weeks after our return.
Once again the home did not disappoint! Steve made some very nice upgrades to the pool and pool area, where we spent most of our trip.
The home is super spacious and able to accommodate our large family of 14. Some things we really love about this house:

Steve is a very attentive host and was at the ready if we had any issues or questions.

This property was a great place to vacation for our family of 15! Everything was in good condition, working order, clean and well equipped. It had a huge backyard with heated pool and had lots of lounge and beach chairs available. The location was convenient to nearby activities. The only thing I think should be included in the VRBO listing is the fact that you need to provide your own bed linens and towels. We had no issues and once we arrived it was easy to get in contact with the property manager. He was willing to provide everything we could possibly require. Our family reunions happen so infrequently and this home away from home was everything and more. Thank you Steve!

Loved our stay!! The house is exactly as described and pictured. We had 10 people at the house and it just worked out perfectly for us. The first floor is open and bright and the bedrooms are all a great size. Absolutely a bonus having the pool and fabulous backyard. We were able to all be together without being on top of each other. Steven was a lovely and responsive host and definitely takes good care of the property. We will for sure be back!

This home was better than we could have imagined. We rent every summer for our extended family of 14 and sometimes the pics of the house are better than it is in person.... Well, not this time! This house is actually better than the photos. The kitchen, dining area, living and sitting room set up was perfect for us. We could all be involved in what was going on without being crammed into a small space. All TV's worked as they should, no issues with Wi-Fi and we had 14 people using at the same time. The kitchen had everything we needed; pots, pans, cups, plates, mugs and so many utensils. All appliances worked wonderfully and the extra fridge in the garage was great to have. All bedrooms were spacious and had nightstands with night lamps. The mattresses were amazing- my significant other and I shared the upstairs King over the living room and have never slept so well. Closet and drawer space was also plentiful. The dining table seats 10 and there are 4 counter stools. There are also a bunch of metal folding chairs in the garage if needed. Oh, I can't forget the showers!
Everyone commented on how great the water pressure was. The pool was amazing, as everyone has said. It was plenty warm and nice to not get the chlorine eye sting (since it's salt water). The yard was very large and the pool patio area has enough seating for a small army! The BBQ was also in good shape and there were three extra butane tanks on hand in case we needed them (Thank you Steve!). We went on our family trip during one of the hottest weeks of Summer 2022 and were spoiled by the hardworking AC in the home. The location was super convenient for food shopping, touristy stuff, kayaking and going to the beach. Everything is within about 5-7 minutes. We cannot say enough about Steve, the owner. The reviews are true, he really is that great and accommodating. His response time is extremely fast should you need anything or have any house related questions. The property and home are both very well maintained. There is an abundance of Hydrangeas and the grass is perfectly green. The home itself is in great shape, too. I know I've picked a good place when all week long, the family talks about coming back again next year. Thank you Steve! We will be back!

Perfect accomodations
Couldn't ask for much more. The accommodations were spectacular. Large yard perfect for croquet. The pool was crystal clear and spotless. Plenty of outdoor lounging and indoor seating. Large kitchen space for multiple people to prepare a meal. Five stars. Will return. Lots of amenities within walking distance. Great overall location on the cape.

Perfect home for a larger family!
The house was perfect. Great size for our family. Perfect location, nice and quiet and relaxing. Having 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms met our needs. Plus their was even a shower out near the pool. Nice sized kitchen and dining room table. we were all able to sit together at the table for dinner! Everyone loved the pool. And so many lounging chairs for us all to use. We also enjoyed the ping pong table. And the extra frig in the garage came in very handy! Steve was a great host. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect base for multi-family Cape vacation!
Plenty of space for us, the 3 grown kids and their families and kids. No shortage of hot water for showers. Both front and back yards big enough for whiffle ball and corn hole. And the heated pool was marvelous. Close to all activities, biking, kayaking, baseball, and multiple beaches. Steve was a great host & told us where to get fresh lobster cooked and cracked for take-out.

We had a great week. Highlight of this house is the pool and backyard! Owner is very kind and responsive. We had a problem with the microwave and he replaced it with a new one the next day.

The property was absolutely perfect to accommodate our huge family!
Everything was amazing in all aspects of this property from pre arrival processes to our stay there and then departure. If there was anything to complain about I would be being super nit picky the neighbor will demand certain things to accommodate himself like telling you where you can put your projector screen and also the same neighbors German shepherd was allowed to roam freely throughout the neighborhood and ended up in our garage one day but the dog was very friendly. Overall experience was a 10/10!

Wonderful!
Two—three-generation—families loved our week here. The house is spacious, and well equipped. The kids loved the heated pool (and parents welcomed the handy pool cover for safety). Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Host Stephen was welcoming and very responsive when a small issue arose. Perfect location for exploring the cape. Our entire family is looking forward to returning. Don’t hesitate to book. This is a terrific getaway.

Family vacation
Had a wonderful week. Pool was great and glad it was heated! Home is very well stocked— fans in each bedroom, pool noodles, and more than enough kitchen utensils, dishes,etc. Had 6 adults and 2 children- plenty of room for all. Location is great with small beach at edge of pond, close to beaches, restaurants and activities. Will plan to stay here again on our next trip to the Cape.

Perfect
The property is just as described: a quiet location and a clean, modern house. For anyone skeptical, this place is decidedly pet-free with wood floors throughout all but one room—my very allergic-to-everything kids were just fine there. Steve is a communicative, friendly and responsive host. The bird watching from the backyard was an added bonus for us. You can’t go wrong renting this home!

Lots of room, and the heated pool is a bonus!
The house was as I imagined it based on the listing and pictures. It's a large house with plenty of room for 12+ people. There were only 6 of us, so we had lots of room. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, which we did most evenings. My kids enjoyed the pingpong table in the garage and the heated saltwater pool in the backyard. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the ease with which we could get to desired destinations such as Sesuit Harbor, Crowe's Pasture, Provincetown and more. I would definitely stay at this home again.
