Location, location, location! This lovely unit resides on over 500 feet of prime Lake Erie real estate. There are no other rentals on Put-in-Bay with such an impressive and expansive view. Just a mile from downtown. There are two bedrooms and two full baths, with a capacity of up to eight guests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient, as keys are eliminated from the equation. Once inside, the combined kitchen, living and dining areas are the first encountered. The open floor plan, complete with kitchen island, makes this unit excellent for entertaining. These areas have ceramic tile flooring; great for easy clean-up. The location was a short ride from downtown. The place was in okay condition. My only complaint is that when we checked in, there was no toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, or towels. Also, there were strange business cards scattered at the entrance. The on site staff fixed this all within an hour. Also, the pull out coach would not back into the couch. Became very frustrating when trying to use the couch.

Honestly Dotty is on top of everything. We had no gas for grilling and called Dotty and she had it taken care of ASAP No paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and Ice machine was not working. I made one call to Dotty and she took care of it

Beautiful & clean condo
Condo was very nice & had everything we needed. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The living room space and kitchen were a nice size and area to socialize. The full size fridge and ice maker were nice for all our needs. We had no trouble getting in our room and great communication with the property owners. The pool and pool area were great as well. I would definitely recommend this place to stay at!

We enjoyed our condo. It was clean and had plenty of room for our girls' trip. The pool was spacious for our needs, had plenty of deck chairs and lounges, and we enjoyed swimming in clean water. Doty attended to our call when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and also took care of us when we requested a golf cart. There were plenty of activities to keep us busy on the island. The only suggestion I would make would be to design a path to the lake and upgrade the dock/pier. But that could still be in the plan since it looked as if grass was planted and things were still under construction along the side and back at the lake. Overall we had a great stay!

There were some minor concerns as we arrived the door to the washer and dryer were off the hinges and I replaced, the headboards to the beds were dusty and the grill dirty and hard to start. The pool on thursday had not been cleaned until about 3 pm. The staff were great we had a golf cart delivered to us and it was super. The staff we met and or spoke to were great. Hope we can stay there again next summer.

When we arrived the condo smelled like it had just been painted, that along with the AC set at 74 made it uncomfortable to be inside. After doing the initial walk thru to check for damages I found stains on carpet and couch cushions. A closet door was unhinged and off the bracket. There were no sheets or towels. A positive was when I contacted property management they sent someone right away. My group was going downtown so it was a good time for their team to properly clean and set up the condo for us. When we came back at night we had everything we needed but the paint smell stayed the entire time. For what we paid ($1000 for 2 nights) we expected it to be 5 star. Plus the fact that they have a 2 page check out list for their guests to complete before leaving. It’s a bit ridiculous. We will stay at a hotel next time where they have maids clean your room daily.

Came out Sunday-Tuesday. Condo was great space for two adult couples and would have easily accommodated more if needed. Good proximity to everything. Very nice to be able to reserve golf cart in advance. Biggest disappointment was cleanliness-could tell floors had not been mopped in a LONG time (bottom of feet black and sticky), mold on shower curtain, and lots of dead bugs on walls and in light fixtures. Beds not the most comfortable, closet door broken. Kitchen area was well kept, internet and cable were a plus. We did have a very nice trip regardless, but had hoped for cleaner based on the price paid.

Great for a weekend Getaway
The condo was clean and the pool was nice. Definitely had enough space for the six of us and the kitchen had all the amenities we could need.
Location was great! Since it’s off the main drag a bit, it was quieter and closer to the Miller Ferry, which we took.

We had a great time. This location was perfect! Not too far from town and it was so much fun to sit outside our condo at night and chat with the neighbors as well. I would recommened this to anyone who just wants to get away for the weekend or if you are having any kind of party (bachelorette trip, anniversary, or just getting out of town). I wouldn't necessarily recommend bringing kids during the weekend because this is more of a party island.
