Lovely self catering apartment

Beautiful apartment. All the facilities you will need. Food for breakfast already in the property. Nice and clean. Garage or off street parking which is a bonus.

On a busy rd. bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper like me.

Excelent choice for a two nights stay accomodation

-Great apartament. Very clean and cozy, close to the city center.

- Everything was perfect. Maybe the absence of an air conditioning .

Beautiful stay in Čescy Krumlov

Large and clean apartment with a nice kitchen, very well equipped, and a nice table; the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large and beautiful; everything was clean and well kept; the host (that lives in the same house) was extremely kind. The apartment is placed 10 minutes by foot from the town so the center is easily reachable and has the advantage of having a car park place just near the entrance of the house.

Nothing wrong, everything was good - just to underline (as a note - not as a complain) that one should not expect to communicate in English.

The family are very kind and very responsive to our needs. The breakfast provided was superb.

We had to pay to use the washing machine which was not stated in Booking.com

Cute and familiar apartment with everything you need!

The aprtment is beatiful! And exactly like in the pictures. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom, bed was very comfortable and there is lots of space for luggage and to move around. The owners very the sweetest, very caring and made the whole check-in pretty fluid. They give you stuff for breakfast so you make it on your own and that was the best, cause you do it on your rythm. We really recommend :)

It can be a bit loud when you open the windows, since it‘s by the street. But we were there in October-November and as it was colder it didn‘t matter. Also the location is not directly in the city centre, but very easily reachable by foot.

Pleasant stay, nice host, no major issues

We stayed for 3 nights in late June 2022. Arrived from Prague on the Regiojet coach and got slightly lost due to google maps directing us down a route that was closed off. Got to the apartment but no doorbell so gave Iva (the host) a call. Greeted by a kind gentlemen (Iva's father) who duly showed us around the studio. I liked the huge bathroom. Breakfast was provided for our stay. Apartment stayed relatively cool when hot outside. Loved that I could Chromecast to the TV and that the wifi was very good. Host provided us with umbrellas which was a really nice touch.

Noise from the traffic when the window was open. Really bumpy path to the apartment from the coach station, recommend against taking wheeled luggage. About 25mins walk from Český Krumlov attractions but I guess this is the trade off for the price.

The place is very near to the city center, they provide breakfast in the fridge, very cozy and clean place.

The checkout time was 11:00 and I thought it was 12:00. They were really impatient for us to leave the property, we felt so awkward last morning. They could have been bringing the cleaning lady in 30 min after the check-out time, this was super uncomfortable and kind of rude in my opinion. Also, they never asked/checked if we had bread still for our breakfast or eggs or anything. We stayed there 3 nights and didn't get a single check if we had food for 3-breakfasts.

Sparkling clean, free parking (we were even offered garage !) Few minutes walking distance to historic city center.

We enjoyed the studio. Well furnished and the food that we found in the fridge was enough and good.

The bed mattress wasn’t comfortable, I woke up with back pain.

Exceptional

The man who met us was very friendly and nice and I think, Iva, who we communicated by phone, was always available and friendly! The flat is fantastic: beautiful, clean, with everything needed. There was everything you need for breakfast and big supemarkets are 10-15 min on foot. City center also in 10 min. Thank you, you made our stay great! :)
