Malisima experiencia

El personal da muy mala atención, estuvimos esperando el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel cerca de 40 minutos cuando la distancia es de 7 minutos máximo. Las encargadas del check in parecía que estuvieran haciendo un favor, a disgusto con su trabajo y por lo tanto se veía reflejado en el trato. Malisima experiencia

Lo cercano al aeropuerto

Éramos 3 personas en la habitación y solo había 2 toallas y no tenían quien me las llevara a la habitación y tuve q bajar por ellas y pedí toallas de mano y solo podían dar una por habitación además no estaban tan bien lavadas.

The bed is very comfortable. It’s pretty cozy and close to the airport. The facilities are nice. The staff speak English well.

There’s some small stain on the quilt and towel but it’s not very discernible or concerning. Since it’s very close to the airport, I could hear the bustle and hustle a bit as the cars passing by but I fell asleep later, so it’s not too hard to fall asleep. Genuinely it’s been pretty comfortable. The shuttle only departs every 30 mins. It would have been better if they have more shuttle.

Mala cara del personal de recepción al momento del check in, parecía que nos estaban haciendo un favor al atendernos, no tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos por la mañana y hacia frío, la cama parecía tener colchones reciclados pues aunque la habitación se veía nueva estos estaban hundidos en las 2 habitaciones que rentamos, no me volvería a quedar jamas por unos pesos más consigues algo mejor

I love the breakfast..was very good. My room was awesome..huge!! Staff was friendly.

I didn't like that the hot water was used up by others so quick. I had to take a shower cold..that was bad.

Will stay again even though we will not not sleep well

Very responsive Very quick check in and out process The pool and pool area was clean and very well kept The room was spacious The breakfast was varied enough (but I did not get a chance to try) The price was a great option for our family, even more so as a last minute trip Most of the staff was really nice and helpful

The beds, omg those beds. They were so soft it was like Sleeping on a pillow. We slept but did not rest. Found a biiiig roach walking in the bathroom, it was clearly very slow due to fumigation but was not a welcome surprise walking into the bathroom after a 4 hour drive. I left it under a kleenex for when the cleanup crew came by. 1 specific girl from the staff was, I assume, very tired and crabby. She kept saying we had towels when that's the first thing we checked and I had to ask for them 3 tines until she brought some. Just mildly annoying and stuck out vs everybody else in the staff that was super super helpful.

the room was dirty, no towels in the bathroom, cabinet drawers kept opening, this was my 4th time staying in this hotel and the room that I was given was awful, very disappointed, nothing compared to my previous rooms I was very surprised.

In and out place...

The location is excellent, and access to the facilities is pretty great. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

Facilities need maintenance. Room carpet was dirty and shower gaskets needed replacement.

reservation for deluxe king room and quiet one. got normal room and noisy. had to request change of room. is still noisy, couldn't sleep. ordered room service, specified I'm vegetarian. Got a spagetti with ham. changed it. found 3 pieces of ham in my new spaguetti. it was already midnight
