Great location that was close to Fresh Market. We were able to pick up some things and store them in the fridge and cupboards that were in the kitchen, so that was nice and saved money on eating out. The living room was nice and had a pull out couch bed that was your typical couch bed. My daughter didn't complain about it, so I guess it was decent. The mattress in the bedroom was what I assumed the pull out couch bed would be like. I would have expected a slightly nicer mattress but hey, you can't always win. I would suggest to the owner to get a newer mattress like the one in the room next door. That mattress looked way comfy. I bring up the room next door because there was a leak in the ceiling and in the bathroom in ours, so the property management opened the connecting room for us to use the bathroom. That was a band-aid fix but the leak was still quite annoying to deal with because they put buckets to catch the water and we had to walk around them to navigate out of the door. Hopefully no one else has to deal with a leak like that in this place but only time will tell. Overall, they handled the situation with the leak but I think the place could use some serious updating and mainly a new bedroom mattress to make it that much better.

Overall, we had a good stay and I appreciated the rustic southwest décor. However the bar top is counter height and the bar stools are bar height stools so couldn't comfortably sit at the counter. Maybe have a handyman cut the bar legs down? Shower would not get hot, only warm. Internet instructions weren't complete/accurate. Could use some hangers. Provided extra towels which was nice. It was not convenient to drag our luggage from the street parking, down then stairs to the building, and up the stairs to the second floor, especially in all the slushy snow. But we did manage fine.
