ABOUT THE LOCAL MANLY AREA
1) Queenscliff Surf Lifesaving Club: (below us)
In 2015 both the Prime Minister of Australia and the NSW Premier came from our area, and both are active members of our Queenscliff surf-club. (seen from our balcony!)

You can also rent surfboards and stand-up paddle boards, bikes and rollerblades, & on the harbor side, kayaks, diving equipment etc. Queenscliff is home to several world champion surfers, including the 6X World Woman’s Champion Layne Beachly. Fabulous location and host.
Overall a great experience

Our host, Andrew, was fabulous! He sent so many detailed emails. I could tell that he really takes the time to make sure his guests are comfortable. He was super responsive to questions both before and during our stay.
The apartment was spectacular. Best view I have ever had on any vacation!
The unit was very well equipped for all of our needs. We had an oversized vehicle that did not fit in the allocated parking spot. However, street parking was easy to find, even though we stayed in the high summer season.
The unit has super easy access to both the beach and the rock pool. The location is fabulous for beach, pool, restaurants, bars, grocery, etc. The town of Manly Beach is really cute and fun. From the apartment, we drove into Sydney and all the way to the Blue Mountains. This unit had easy access to everything and made a great home base for us while in Sydney.
Staying in this unit was tons of fun for the entire family. My kids are 10, 13, and 16. They really enjoyed the rock pool, boogie boarding in the ocean, and hikes we took up to Freshwater and Curl Curl. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment with the most stunning views of Manly beach. A steep but short walk to the sea pool and beach, or walk down the street to avoid the sand - cute cafe just a few minutes away. The owners were very responsive and patient when I needed to contact them - despite being in Japan. Welcome gift of wine, chocolates and coffee capsules were much appreciated. Thank you!

Had a great week in Manly. View of the beach is spectacular. With direct access onto the beach we spent a lot of time swimming, body surfing, and just walking the beach. The apartment has a nice kitchen but with so many excellent restaurants within walking distance we hardly used it. Sitting out on the deck having coffee and enjoying the view is a great way to start every day here

We had a fantastic holiday staying in Andrew & Gaia property. The 3 bedroom unit has everything you could ask for, along with amazing views of the beach as well as private beach access. Andrew & Gaia were great to deal with and communication was super quick, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The view is to die for, location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants etc. Being able to access the beach directly from the property is wonderful. Owner extremely helpful with any queries you may have, well equipped kitchen, cannot recommend it highly enough!

We had an amazing holiday. The ease of access to the beach, excellent location on the quiet side of Manly and stunning views, are some of the qualities that makes this apartment so attractive. The apartment is very well appointed with modern appliances and plenty of space for a family of five. We have three children aging from 10 to 13. The owners responded quickly to any questions and were always most helpful. I would highly recommend and hope to come and stay again in the future. Thank you so much Andrew and family.

The apartment location is superb. Right above Queenscliff Beach with direct access to the sand and waves. The views are also stunning. Inside the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The Nespresso machine is a nice bonus. The owner was very helpful when we checked in and provided lots of good information about the apartment and the local area. I can highly recommend it.

The location and beach front access make this apartment a fabulous place to stay. The apartment is at the quieter end of Manly, this suited us well as we have two small children who loved the play ground across the street (about a three minute walk away) and the beach pool at the bottom of the stairs leading straight from the apartment basement. It is also an easy walk to Freshwater beach with calmer water for the children to swim in. During our stay we had a few questions, the owners responded quickly and efficiently despite being on the other side of the world and we had a contact in the apartment block for any urgent enquiries (of which we had none). Highly recommend.

The apartment is simply breathtaking. We spent two weeks there (3 kids) and we had a blast. You are sitting right on top of Manly Beach (the apartment has its own access gate to the beach). You can't beat the view. Hope to stay there again soon. We already miss it.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very well equipped apartment (love the espresso machine!). Excellent location with beautiful view. Great sunsets.
It would have been prefect if there was a second chaise on the balcony.
We highly recommend this property.

Great location and views, direct access to the nicer end of Manly Beach, walking distance to the busy part of Manly Corso. Only 2 mins walk from Splat, the best breakfast cafe Manly has to offer. Diana the caretaker is very friendly and helpful. 3 bedrooms, all with big beds, so the kids were thrilled. Might be nice to have some cooling in the bedrooms. Apart from that everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
